The life of Swami Vivekananda began on January 12, 1863, in Kolkata, India, where he was born as Narendra Nath Datta into a cultured Bengali family. From childhood, he showed sharp intellect, a questioning mind, and a deep interest in spirituality. His life changed when he met his guru, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, who guided him toward self-realization and devotion. After Ramakrishna's death in 1886, Narendra embraced monastic life and took the name Swami Vivekananda. He traveled extensively across India as a wandering monk, witnessing poverty and social inequality, which shaped his vision of serving humanity as a form of worship. In 1893, he gained global recognition when he represented Hinduism at the Parliament of the World's Religions in Chicago. His opening words, "Sisters and Brothers of America," earned a standing ovation and introduced Indian philosophy to the Western world. Over the next few years, he lectured widely in the United States and Europe, spreading the teachings of Vedanta and Yoga. In 1897, he founded the Ramakrishna Mission, focusing on education, social service, and spiritual growth. He also established Belur Math as its headquarters. Swami Vivekananda passed away on July 4, 1902, at the young age of 39. Though his life was brief, his message of strength, unity, and self-belief continues to inspire millions around the world. if someone is out at the very first misunderstanding without maturely talking about it instead of assuming, did they really value what you shared? Friendship is tested by conflict not always by agreement. At the same time hold YOURSELF accountable to be a reliable and genuine friend in the 1st place too btw cos u cannot ask anyone for things you don’t already give them. Whether it is patience, understanding, trust, forgiveness or commitment, you cannot reasonably demand or expect certain behaviors from someone if you are not actively acting on them yourself. . . . #friendship #breakup #reels #fyp #reelsinstagram

The most effective way to increase your value at work isn't demanding more money for the same job — it's strategically positioning yourself where real business value is created. Asking for a raise is often a zero-sum salary negotiation where you're asking a company to pay more for an asset they already own, while asking for greater responsibility is an investment proposition that benefits both sides. This career advice warns against simply negotiating salary, since it can come across as a demand to "get paid more to do the same amount of work." While using leverage can force a manager to pay up short-term, it often damages long-term workplace relationships by creating a hostage-negotiation dynamic instead of a partnership. Instead, the smarter career growth strategy is asking to be involved in projects that are critical to the company's strategic future — reframing the conversation from being a cost center into becoming a growth partner, which naturally leads to higher compensation as a result of increased impact and value. Money follows relevance and strategic importance. If you want to change your tax bracket and build real wealth, you first have to change your proximity to the problems that matter most to the business. By aligning your career with a company's strategic priorities, you stop being viewed as an expense on a spreadsheet and start becoming a driver of the bottom line — a key principle in career development, salary negotiation, and professional growth. #careeradvice #negotiationtactics #corporatestrategy #wealth #financialfreedom
Distance isn’t always anger. Sometimes it’s what happens when you finally accept that explaining yourself one more time will not make someone value you differently. I’m no longer fighting to be understood by people committed to misunderstanding me. I’m protecting the version of me who is tired of leaving every interaction feeling depleted.
