This is my secret weapon in the studio - the v-flat! This tool helps me manipulate light by filling shadows or deepening them. I use these on every single shoot… and I don’t think I could go without them, I love them so much!
Thinking of getting one? I’ve linked the Amazon link in my bio.

Call me a believer and #1 fan of VFlats for life! A huge thank you to @VFlatworld for choosing me as one of their 100 Giveaway winners! I don’t do a single session without these magical boards of bounced and muted light. I’m forever changed and grateful. Can’t wait to post some of the work I’ve done with this fantastic product!
Another huge thank you to their best VFlat Ambassador, @henry_bat2 for turning me on to this product. It’s an absolute game changer for my work.

One Tool, Infinite Looks: The Power of the V-Flat 📸
Ever wonder how pros get that perfect wrap-around light or those moody, deep shadows? It’s all in the V-Flat.
White side: Bounce light for soft, natural fills.
Black side: Flag light to create dramatic “Negative Fill.”
The “V” shape: Build a DIY dressing room or a seamless corner backdrop.

My vflat is diy construction of aluminium frame with black velvet. It does not stand by itself- but I can hang it on a light stand or lean on a high chair - just as I do here :)
These backdrops come from @daponte_backdrops_props and I used them to show you how to pose on a high chair. Some simple poses you can use on your next photoshoot… Enjoy❤️
