🎬 Clap de fin – Round 1 Le premier round de la VIKINGCUP s’achève après un week-end intense et parfaitement réussi. ✅ Cette journée de dimanche a tenu toutes ses promesses avec des Top 32 Loisir et Pro qui se sont déroulés dans les meilleures conditions. De très belles confrontations, de l’engagement et un niveau de pilotage qui confirme la qualité du plateau cette saison. Félicitations à l’ensemble des pilotes pour leurs passages tout au long du week-end. Que ce soit en qualification ou en battle, chacun a contribué au spectacle et à l’ambiance sur la piste. 🔥 Un immense merci à tous ceux qui ont rendu cet événement possible : le public, les bénévoles, les commissaires, les équipes en coulisses, nos partenaires et toute l’organisation. Votre présence et votre engagement font la réussite de la VIKINGCUP. Merci pour ce superbe week-end à La Ferté-Gaucher. La saison est lancée… et ce n’est que le début. 👀

Last Saturday, Jacquie wrapped up her final competition of 2025 at Viking Cup… and what a way to finish the year 🥳 She walked away with a 400kg PB total, which was one of her big goals heading into this prep, along with PBs on both bench and deadlift: ⭐️ Squat: 145kg (PB match) ⭐️ Bench: 80kg (+2.5kg PB) ⭐️ Deadlift: 175kg (+5kg PB) That’s 7.5kg added to her total since her last comp, continuing her streak of increasing her total at every single competition this year It’s been an incredible year of lifting, progress and resilience from Jacquie ❤️ She’s pushed hard while managing rehab for both her wrists and ankle and still came out stronger with every training block I cannot wait for 2026 and to see what else is in store 💪👑 Huge thank you to @kingandqueenstrengthsystems / @hfmikeyvee for being Jacquie’s handler on the day 😎

Ytterligare en mycket lyckad tävlingsdag för våra barn och ungdomar! 🤩🤩 Denna gången var det Skövde Taekwon-Do klubb som stod som värd för Viking Cup! Vi blev 14 tävlande efter ett par sjukanmälningar. Dessa 14 tappra krigare fick med sig totalt 20 medaljer fördelat på 7 Guld, 2 Silver och 11 Brons! 👏👏👏 Grymt jobbat! Tack till domare, coacher och tävlingsledningen för en trevlig tävling.

Squat 110kg PB Bench 55kg Deadlift 150kg PB We've worked on her form, weak points, and the commitment to each lift. Viking Cup was time for Sue to show all that hard work. Achieving 2 new Personal Bests in Squat and Deadlift. Congratulations Sue. Amazing work. SUE only started in the gym at 50 years of age. Since then she has competed each year for the last 5 years in powerlifting. Showing people regardless of age you can build muscle and strength.
