Little River Falls is located in North Alabama and is one of the prettiest, and most accessible, waterfalls in the area. There is a smooth boardwalk path that leads to a viewing area, where you can easily admire the falls. Little River Falls is about 45 feet tall and I loved watching it for a while… just amazing! 🤩

North Alabama Mural Trail, but make it nature-y. We’re loving our travels through the 16 counties comprising @visitnorthal this fall. DeSoto Falls has been on my list for so long, and we finally detoured from Fort Payne through Mentone today to see it—wow is all I can say! 104 feet in height, and this video doesn’t even capture the steepest drop. 🥸 #VisitNorthAL

Last month, @visitnorthal launched the North Alabama Mural Trail, and yesterday we wrapped up visiting all 16 counties where the 130+ murals are located. It was fun seeing so many different styles—from graffiti and ghost signs to more modern murals—and of course enjoy all the gorgeous scenery in between. 🤩

I’m exploring North Alabama over the next few days and my first stop is the beautiful Noccalula Falls in Gadsden, Alabama! To view this waterfall, I rolled over an accessible bridge and there was a paved path. From the paved path, I had incredible views of Noccalula Falls.
