And the Vedas are very clear — anything that depletes your Ojas is not devotion, it is self-harm. 📍True Dharma does NOT require self-sacrifice at the cost of your peace, health, or dignity. If your love makes you anxious, exhausted, or invisible — it is not love, it is imbalance. 🚩The Vedas teach: Give from fullness, not from fear. Love from strength, not from scarcity.
