Since moving to Bournemouth, I’ve been on a mission to find genuinely good food spots for you — and this is one I’d come back to. It’s a healthier concept, but don’t get it twisted… everything actually tastes SO good. My favourites: 🥐 Banana & nut butter – banana, peanut/almond butter, cinnamon, rose petals (£12) 🍄 Le Champignon (vg) – wild mushrooms, black garlic cream (£11) 🥪 New Yorker egg mayo – free range egg mayo, dill pickles, red onion, smoked paprika (£7) Also loved: 🌸 Cherry blossom & strawberry yoghurt bowl – with granola, honey & edible flowers (£9) 🍵 Matcha yoghurt bowl – pear, blueberries, chia, coconut & peanut butter (£9) 🥗 Vietnamese chicken – fresh, zesty, crunchy with that perfect chilli-garlic dressing (£8.70) Drinks were just as good: 🥭 Pineapple & mango smoothie with coconut yoghurt + blue spirulina 🌅 Sunrise smoothie – raspberry, mango & coconut with collagen Both were so refreshing and actually packed with flavour. The vibe?
