South Carolina was just named the fastest-growing state in the country by the U.S. Census Bureau. This one made me smile. As a South Carolina native, I’ve always felt there’s something special about the pace here - slower mornings, coastal air, and space to actually breathe. Plus, so many beautiful, tucked away places. Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort captures that feeling so beautifully. It’s one of those places that feels like a true break - no parks, no rushing, just bike rides, beach days, and quiet moments that actually feel restful. It’s Disney without the crowds. Magic without the schedule. And one of my favorite “we want to unplug but still feel taken care of” vacation picks for families. If Disney has ever felt a little too busy for the season you’re in, this is absolutely worth a look.🤍

We’ve been to beaches all over…Destin, the Bahamas, Santa Monica…lots of them. This beach though…it was something special…something magical. There’s not an ocean view from this condo…and yes, you have walk a few steps into the trees, but what is waiting at the end of the walkway is breathtaking…especially at low tide and sunset! It’s private with only the people staying at this complex. You don’t have to hike through thick sand through rows and rows of people to find a spot wedged between umbrellas and trash cans…it’s a little piece of heaven, and we were so honored to get to experience it!
