As we celebrate #WomensHistoryMonth, some of the amazing women involved in the WIN Challenge passed the phone to celebrate each other. Clare Bresnahan English, Miriam Rivera, Rachel Ash, and @bijalatguild inspire us with their efforts to shape the future of work—championing bold ideas that support women at work and strengthen workplaces for everyone. Now it’s your turn: “pass the phone” in the comments below to a woman who inspires you.
Last week in San Diego reminded me why spaces for women in leadership matter so much right now 💜 I had the privilege of speaking at Igniting Excellence 2026 with @thewitnetwork , surrounded by women who are not just talking about change, but actively shaping the future of business, technology, and leadership. In a moment where there is so much uncertainty around AI, global tension, and the future of work, being in a room like this felt grounding, powerful, and honestly… necessary. @cdbongard , what you’ve built with The WIT Network is incredible. A global community of women who support each other, challenge each other, and continue to rise together no matter the noise around us. I was honored to lead my workshop on YOUmanize™ Your Authority and soft launch YOUmanize.ai Because in this next era, your visibility is not optional. 💜Your voice is your advantage. 💜Your story is your trust signal. The women shaping industries right now are the ones showing up with clarity, credibility, and conviction. And that is exactly what this room represented. If you were there, I would love to stay connected 💜 Shoutout to some incredible leaders and friends: @gavriella_schuster , @tiffanibova , @gloriafeldt, @katiquigley @vincemenzione @erinmdfiger , @ashvogstad @karen.d.chastain @tiffanywi_nola @mcarolin87 @manifesting_miracle_makers #IWD2026 #WITNetwork #IgnitingExcellence
What an afternoon 👏 Last week we hosted the first Women in Tech & Innovation event of 2026. Inspired by International Women’s Day 2026’s “Give to Gain” theme, the conversation explored reciprocity, shared support, and what becomes possible when women invest in one another. Our panel, moderated by Karen Unland, Co-Founder of Taproot Edmonton, featured incredible insights from: 👉 Kristina Milke, General Partner, Sprout Fund 👉 Aisha Abdul, COO & Co-founder, Fairly Staffing 👉 Lori-Ann Muenzer, High Performance Engineer & Olympic Gold Medalist Together, they shared perspectives on leadership, entrepreneurship, and the power of women supporting, championing, and investing in each other. Because when that happens, extraordinary things follow. We closed the afternoon with an exciting announcement: Wired for Potential. A brand new 12-month program built exclusively for women in tech and innovation who are ready to step into their role as leaders and create long-term impact. Interested in learning more? 🔗 LINK IN BIO Thank you to our speakers and everyone who took time out of their day to join us. KEEP ON ADVANCING. There is no way back. My mission stays clear. Women belong in decision making roles where they drive positive change. In business. In politics. In sports. Everywhere. Today and tomorrow. The work continues. Thank you @Advance Gender Equality in Switzerland for the trust to lead the session “Future Proof Your Career in the Era of AI” on International Women's Day 2026 Flagship event in Baden. It's the best day to be a #womaninbusiness Yesterday was jam packed! @relatedross and @servicenow hosted a women's event to inspire women to innovate, get trained on how to use AI tools, and climb in leadership position. 🗣️ Next, @shinesheo had me back for another AI intensive with her clients. We dove deep into the @googlegemini @googleworkspace and @claudeai 🤖 After working on a few proposals, I headed to the WILA reception to celebrate all the nominees! 🤩⭐️ #womenshistorymonth #womenintech

Feeling incredibly proud today. My star client Alina, a graduate of the 15 week SET Entrepreneur Bootcamp through @womenseconomicventures , was the keynote speaker at the Women’s Economic Ventures 35th Anniversary League of Women Luncheon fundraiser. Watching her stand on that stage and share her journey from Russia to becoming a successful entrepreneur was truly inspiring. I remember coaching her during the program on how to speak with confidence and trust her voice. And when she mentioned me in her speech and talked about the impact the mindset teachings had on her, I literally had tears in my eyes. It was one of those beautiful moments that reminds you why you do what you do. I am so grateful to serve as a facilitator for Women’s Economic Ventures and to support incredible entrepreneurs like Alina who are stepping into their power and making a difference in their communities. Moments like this remind me that I don’t have a job, I have a joy. So proud of you, Alina. This is only the beginning of the incredible impact you will make. With the power of synergy, anything is possible. ✨
A day of ideas, leadership, and real conversations shaping what comes next. From how women are building and scaling businesses, to the power of reinvention and the mindset required to lead through change. Newsweek’s Women’s Global Impact brought together the voices redefining the future. We listened, learned, and connected through conversations on using technology as a career advantage, investing in the next wave of female founders, and the evolving influence of women across industries. From Lisa Rinna sharing her journey and perspective, to Kerry Washington and the women of Simpson Street speaking on the power behind the screen; each moment carried depth, vision, and impact. Between panels, fireside chats, and a networking lunch designed to spark meaningful connections (yes, even learning poker along the way), the energy in the room was undeniable. Thank you to @newsweek and @newsweektea for creating a space where women’s leadership, ambition, and influence are not only recognized but amplified.
A single conversation can change a career. Nine years ago, Karina Monesson was asked two questions by her manager: What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you love doing as a kid? That conversation led to mentorship, stretch opportunities, and advocacy in rooms she was not yet in. It is a simple example of this year’s theme for International Women's Day: #GiveToGain. When leaders invest in others, open doors, and champion talent, careers grow and organizations grow with them. It is also what we see at the Fortune Best Workplaces for Women. At these companies, mentorship, opportunity, and trust are built into how work gets done. Explore the Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™ 2025. #IWD2025 #GiveToGain #Leadership #WorkplaceCulture
"Tell me about your biggest win." Bear in mind that: 🤩 She had launched a podcast 🤩 Built comprehensive training programs 🤩 Created award-winning events. Her response: "We launched..." "We developed..." "We implemented..." ‼️ I stopped her. "Who's 'we'?" 🤔 Long pause. "Me. I did it." This is the pattern I see often: • High-performing women seem to remove themselves from their own stories. • Solo work becomes team effort. • Personal achievement becomes an organisational win. • "I created" becomes "we built." • And then they wonder why they're overlooked. Another client: Built first-of-its-kind payment system in Africa. Transformed failing market in 30 days. All her work. How she describes it: "The team implemented..." Here's the truth: You don't have to choose between crediting your team OR owning your role. Examples: ✅ "I'm proud of the work my team and I achieved together." ✅ "The team delivered on the model I designed." ✅ "I led the innovation that got us here." Credit the team. Own your contribution. 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝗵.
We are beyond proud. 🏆 This Friday night, our founder Brittany Fox took home the Innovator Award at the Women Leading Tech Awards by B&T — sponsored by Atlassian. The origin story? Watch the video. Her words say it better than we can. Brittany started Nevam on a belief that enterprises shouldn’t be guessing their customer journey. That living journey maps — and eventually a digital twin — could fundamentally change marketing, customer experience and operational efficiency. She built that vision from scratch. On a bet on herself. And last Friday night, the industry recognised it. We also want to celebrate the incredible finalists who shared the stage — the standard was exceptionally high, and it was an honour to be among you: → Chaz Domingo (Probe Group) → Hayley Bron (Probe Group) → Libby Varcoe (Atlassian) → Olga Zharuk (TeqBlaze) → Sophie Avard (Atlassian) To the Nevam team — you built this with her. Tiffany Ekanayake | Ben King | Benjamin Mackenzie | Claire Waring | Najla Haddad | Taylor Brodie To every woman watching — this one’s for you. Thank you B&T and Atlassian.
About last night at the Dynamic Awards 2026… What a room. What a night. 🔥 Huge congratulations to every woman who applied — that alone takes courage. Shortlisted, commended or winner… incredible. But honestly? If you put yourself forward, you’re already winning. This is hands down my favourite awards night. The energy is just different. Honest, supportive… and full of women deciding they’re going bigger, bolder, better. Brilliant talks from Pippa Moyle @pippacitygirl, @Julie Kapsalis & Susannah Atherton @athertonsusannah And a real highlight — watching Jen Melbert @jen_melbert Co-Founder of @growthanimals own that stage talking about being audacious. Also — @jocaulfieldcomic was hilarious 👏 Huge credit to Maarten Hoffmann and the team for another brilliant event. Because the truth is work like this is still needed. Yes, even now. Things are moving forward… but not always in a straight line. Which is why rooms like this matter. And judging by last night? We’re not going backwards. Not a chance. My takeaway? Keep going. Do more. Support each other. Don’t wait for permission. (And WOW — the outfits 🔥🔥🔥) #dynamicawards2026 #womeninbusiness #leadership #visibility
