In 2026, We Love MCR Charity will maintain its funding across our two core funds: • £120,000 for the Stronger Communities Fund • £80,000 for the Manchester’s Rising Stars Fund This continued support means more opportunities, more ideas brought to life, and more people across Manchester able to thrive. Because while Manchester is a city of ambition, the reality is that 41% of neighbourhoods are among the most deprived nationally and child poverty remains high. Our role is simple. Help close that gap. Turn inequality into opportunity. And none of this is possible without the support of our partners, businesses and Manchester City Council.
