Building our home gym - Part 7 Final reveal Man still can’t believe it’s all done. Big love to everyone who helped bring this to life. Especially my big bro and nephew 🔥 Grateful to @verve_fitness for hooking us up with the full gym set up. Everything fresh and ready to go. Now we build 💪 #homegym

From garage to gains 💪😁We transformed this unused garage into a fully equipped home gym with heating, custom LED lighting, soundproofing, new windows, storage closets, and equipment including a Tonal system, treadmill, and full weight setup. 🏋️

Home Gym Transformation 💪☑️ Crazy what a little bit of TLC can do to a space! We added some new equipment , switched up the lighting, and gave the garage a fresh coat of paint! 😍 Safe to say we’re obsessed! #homegym#tlc#garagegym#transformation #roguefitness @roguefitness @freakathlete.co

Didn’t think a garage could feel like this 😍 From a cluttered space to one of our favorite parts of our house - we’re so happy with how this turned out. This was all about creating something that helps us stay consistent and feel good in our routine! Don’t think we’ll ever stop geeking out about our home gym!

BUILDING OUR HOME GYM: Part 1. A special project we’ve been working on behind the scenes! We’ve always wanted a home gym and we decided it was finally time. We are so excited to share our process with you guys ☺️ Stay tuned for Part Two for the REVEAL!

come build our home gym pt. 1

Building my dream 1,500 sq. foot garage gym. So many decisions…. #garagegym #homegym #customhome

Just did a complete and utter move around and transformation of the Garage Gym. Still a few things to dial in, but I’ve got a really good idea of what the new setup is going to look like. The goal was simple… create a space that lets me train hard while also showcasing some absolutely incredible small brands that deserve way more attention in the home gym world. A few new brands are about to enter the gym and I’m pumped to support them. Landmark Athletics Grytfit Rival Steel Fitness I’ll also be continuing to review and feature amazing small brands that have already been crushing it. Delech Fitness Echo Strength Depot Powerbells The gym still houses some absolute staples that I love training with. Synergy Custom Fitness PRX Performance PowerBlock Dumbbells New equipment will also be coming in from Fit Transformer, and I’ll be bringing in some fresh pieces from the awesome small brand EonFit. You’ll also see more content around my custom plate stack Bells of Steel tower, while keeping the dynamic bench duo from Freak Athlete in the lineup. The ABX with attachments now has its own dedicated spot in the gym. Another brand I’m really excited to keep using and showcasing is ANCORE with both the ANCORE X and the ANCORE Pro. And of course we’re going to keep pushing some serious training with the Quantum Trainer from another great small business. This gym has always been about supporting companies that actually care about building great equipment and pushing innovation in the home gym space. If you want to support what I do and these amazing brands, head over to lukesgaragegym.com, click on the brands page, and use the codes for the companies that offer them. It helps support both my page and the small brands bringing awesome gear to the community. . . . . . #lukesgaragegym #homegymcommunity #homegymlife #garagegymsetup #supportsmallbrands
