🦘Found a secret spot to see wild kangaroos near Margaret River in Western Australia.
This olive oil farm in Yallingup is home to many wild kangaroos and it is a good chance for you to observe them in their natural habitat. But please be mindful not to scare them off or do anything that will endanger yourself.

Part 2: Yallingup with kids
This is the exact perfect day we had with our kids when we visited the Marg River region in January! We ❤️ it!
Start at Yallingup Maze & Mini Golf, one of the best kid-friendly activities in Margaret River. Expect full water-fight chaos in the maze, then tackle the 18-hole mini golf with easy + hard options for kids of all ages.
Lunch at Swings & Roundabouts Winery, Yallingup. There’s a playground, huge grassed area to run around, an ice-cream hut, and dog-friendly seating so everyone’s happy.
Finish the day exploring the Yallingup coastline.
Swim at Injidup Natural Spa (better for older kids — rocky entry), or Canal Rocks if the wind is calm and conditions are safe.

This natural spa tucked along the Yallingup coast is one of the wildest spots we’ve seen in WA! 😲
As the waves crash over the rocks, they create this insane bubbling effect that literally feels like a natural jacuzzi… all powered by the ocean. 🌊
⏰ You’ll need to come early in the morning if you want to have it all to yourself though, as this place is really popular and gets crowded!
🚗 Completely free and just a short walk from the car park.
