24 hours after the 36-mile run… Foot feels like I might’ve caught a hairline fracture 😭 And to add insult to injury… My $280 Nike AlphaFly 3 really said: “nah fam, I’m done.” Right shoe split mid-run like it had bills to pay and couldn’t take the pressure 🤦🏾‍♂️ Carbon plate? Super shoe? More like super betrayal. But look — nobody’s dying. I’m just sore, limping, and humbled 💀 We’ll be back. Question though: y’all ever had a shoe FAIL like this??
