I realised the importance of self care just over a year ago 💕 And it was all thanks to a very special friend 💗 As mums we’re always looking after everyone else and I don’t know about you, but I never put myself first 🤷🏻‍♀️ I started these mini facial massages sometimes using just oil, and sometimes with a gua sha tool, and I honestly felt so good on the days when I’d give myself these mini treatments 💕 Massage releases endorphins which are your bodies feel good chemicals 💕 This act of self care made me feel grounded and what I loved most is that I was making myself feel loved and special 🙌 If you’re a mum, know how amazing and important you are and treat yourself that way 🥳 Give yourself some alone time to take a long relaxing bath, give yourself a mini facial, go on a long walk in nature. Be kind to yourself 💕 My self care has become a priority! Sometimes you just need to slow down and take a moment for yourself 🤍 I recently experienced the Signature HeadSpa and FaceSpa ritual at @tohi_australia and it was honestly one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had. From the scalp analysis to the facial, the massages, and the Vichy waterfall, every step felt so calming and thoughtful. 90 minutes of pure relaxation and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend if you’re in need of some self care.
