trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not unto your own understanding. Acknowledge him in everything you do & he will guide your path. Proverbs 3:5-6 🤍 by @talksweethoneyb

first you think you’re going for vanity… & honestlyyyyy? that’ll probably continue 😂 ain’t nothing wrong with that baby 🌚

but then you start noticing the shifts in every part of your life.

you become more disciplined & the things that once felt hard, you start doing with ease. no complaining.

you become stricter about where you go, who you’re around & what you align yourself with.

consistency becomes second nature & routines no longer feel “boring” but like the missing piece to finally getting your life together.

you get excited about becoming better, stronger & protective over who you are becoming ✨

there is PURPOSE in the pain. the deposits you make in the gym start showing up everywhere else too.

as your body changes, everything else starts changing with it.

crazy to realize this might be the thing that jumpstarts every other area of your life.

hope you gym today 💋🫶🏽
