The hospitality and love this man showed me were unreal! Nothing but respect and appreciation for the way he welcomed me. πŸ™ And let me tell you, he had a LINE of people waiting for his tamales! πŸ”₯ As a tamalero myself, I don't rate other tamaleros' food. I'm not here to compete or compare. I'm here to SUPPORT! Everybody has different tastes, so I encourage y'all to pull up, give his tamales a try, and judge for yourselves! IT'S MANDI TIME! πŸ’€πŸ₯–πŸ”₯ La Patrona doesn't just cook… SHE BAKES TOO! πŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸ”₯ And y'all wonder why I'm fluffy! πŸ˜‚ She made some homemade Pan de Muerto para nuestros seres queridos que ya no estΓ‘n con nosotros. πŸ™πŸ•ŠοΈ But like La Patrona said… β€œΒ‘Y para los vivos tambiΓ©n!” πŸ˜‚ Because you already know we're about to enjoy some too! Fresh homemade Pan de Muerto with some champurrado, cafecito, or even a cold glass of milk? SHEEESH! 🀀πŸ”₯ I even asked La Patrona if she wanted me to rate it… but she didn't say a word! πŸ˜‚ All I gotta say is… DAMN, THIS SH*T IS FIRE, FIRE! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ #TamalesElMandi #LaPatrona #PanDeMuerto #HomemadeWithLove #DiaDeMuertos MandilonPeroConSazon by @tamaleselmandi
Rainy weather calls for some homemade POZOLE! 🍲πŸ”₯ I asked La Patrona if she could make me some pozole for this rainy weather, and mannnn, SHE CAME THROUGH! 🀀πŸ”₯ Now, when it comes to pozole, give me more ESPINAZO than MACIZA! Maciza is too dry for me. I like fighting with them bones! πŸ˜‚πŸ• I be looking like a dog munching on that espinazo. All I'm missing is barking! WOOF WOOF WOOF! πŸ•πŸ€£ Loaded up with repollo, cebolla, tostadas, and some chili oil! 🌢️πŸ”₯ Now y'all know I can't rate La Patrona's cooking, but if I could? This right here is a 10 PLUS! πŸ’―πŸ”₯ PURA LUMBRE! Hopefully, one day we'll be able to bring y'all some of La Patrona's pozole, menudo, and birria so you can experience more of her BANGING food! Y'all already know what she can do with tamales! πŸ«”πŸ”₯ For now, we're taking some time to regroup and figure out our next move. We miss y'all, and we appreciate everyone who's been rocking with Tamales El Mandi! πŸ™πŸΌ BUT DAMNNNN, THIS POZOLE HIT DIFFERENT! 🀀πŸ”₯ #TamalesElMandi #LaPatrona #Pozole #PozoleRojo #MexicanFood FoodASMR Espinazo SouthBayEats by @tamaleselmandi
PANDA EXPRESS NACHOS?! 🀯πŸ”₯ Y'all know La Patrona loves Panda Express, but me? I ain't really a fan! πŸ˜‚ @officialpandaexpress But I kept seeing these viral Panda Express nachos, so I had to see what the hype was about! Crispy Cream Cheese Rangoons, teriyaki chicken, and teriyaki sauce… but you know El Mandi had to take it up a notch and throw some BRISKET on there! πŸ₯©πŸ”₯ Not gonna lie, these were LOW-KEY FIRE! πŸ”₯πŸ˜‚ I might actually go back for these! Would y'all try this combo, or am I trippin'? πŸ‘€πŸ‘‡ #ItsMandiTime #PandaExpress #PandaExpressNachos #FoodReview #ViralFood Foodie by @tamaleselmandi

πŸ”₯ IT'S MANDI TIME! πŸ”₯ Today I was craving some good homemade espinazo de puerco en chile colorado con collard greens (berza), served with some buttery cilantro white rice! 🀀πŸ”₯ Originally, I wanted to make it with acelgas, but since I couldn't find any, I switched it up with collard greens. And let me tell you, EL MANDI GOT DOWN! πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³πŸ”₯ The beauty of this dish is that you can make it with acelgas, berza, quelites, spinach, or even nopales! It's all about that sazΓ³n! 🌢️ Now here's the question… WHO WANTS THE RECIPE? πŸ‘€ I recorded the entire process, step by step, including all the ingredients I used! πŸ‘‡ COMMENT "RECIPE" if you want me to drop the full cooking video!
