in all seriousness wow wow wow. how great it feels to be done. how great it feels to finally do it. if you don’t know, this is my second go around at higher education, my original opportunity cut short due to some battles with myself and my mental health…but here i am. i did it. i could not have done it without my friends, family, great professors, and classmates. i am so thankful to have great people in my life to support me and push me to be where i am today. i am truly so grateful for the support of all of you. it has been such a battle to get where i am today. some of you know that, while others may not. all i can say is that at times it may feel as if the bad times outlast the good, the darkness outweighs the light, and you find yourself sinking deeper and deeper, keep on fighting and the good will come. i promise you, every dog has its day. by @tanneronken
life is crazy. no? man there was a time where i hated existing! hated it! and here i am now. still here. do i always love life? no. but i take what i can get. i love when it rains and i can see it falling in the streetlights. i love when it’s cool enough to wear a neat little sweater. i love the sound of snow crunching beneath my feet. i love when i see someone enjoying life and having a great time. i love when people are proud of things. i love the people in my life. and man i love being able to love. don’t be afraid to fail! explore! try new things! be bad at them! that’s okay!!!!! smile, laugh, be sad, cry! it’s what makes you who you are! you are amazing because of WHO YOU ARE! not what you can do! now i don’t even know where this was going or what i’m saying. if you read this, thank you. if not, that’s okay too. i’m proud of you all for existing. you’re doing great. i love you guys -tonk by @tanneronken

one year already huh? wild. thank you for loving me. thank you for being everything i could’ve ever asked for and more. it’s been one whole year. one year of loving you wholeheartedly. one year of counting down the days until i’d see you again. one year of being nervous to get on flights to see you and one year of trips back and forth. one year of growing together. one year of learning. one year of yearning for you each and every day. but one year closer to not always being over 600 miles away from each other one year of endless love and i can’t wait to keep loving you. endlessly. by @tanneronken
