It was her first time, and she was very excited. She always dreamt of learning to skate on the ice like those professional ice skaters. 😂.

Before my daughter and her papi stepped onto the ice rink for the first time, I gave her advice that she may not have understood but would make sense later. This is what I said…

“It’s ok to fall. You should expect it. Just make sure you get up quickly and keep going.”

Life is very much like this. We should expect bumps in the road when we try to achieve anything. And when we fail, we must do our best to get back up to keep going.

Last weekend I finished my second sanctioned HYROX event at @lokafitnessbandung with the only one partner @christinelaurensialaurens, well thankyou to asked me to join this event😘 and it was a total BLAST. Actually it was totally nasty but the experience was fantastic💥.
I'm seeking balance between strength and running speed😮‍💨.
Personally I love a physical challenge and regularly do it within my training and Hyrox is another way for me to not just test myself a physically,
it's a mental challenge as well. It pushes me beyond my comfort zone and demands mental fortitude to overcome obstacles when my body screams for a break. However, with every obstacle I conquered and every zone I completed, a sense of accomplishment washed over me, boosting my confidence, and fuelling my desire to finish strong. I started this journey with the idea that, this being my second event I wanted to just enjoy it but I was feeling strong and I got support from my only one @willzowski thankyou pi😘🤗 also my fufu xixi @nicky_1x1x1x1 @xixi_felicia 💕. Love you🫦
Completing my second Hyrox event was a great experience.
If you're ready to step out of your comfort zone and embark on an exhilarating fitness journey, I highly recommend giving Hyrox a try.
