RUFFWEAR and MOUNTAINROVER came together to host a community trail walk, bringing dogs and their owners together to share an outdoor experience along Seoul’s autumn trails. Wearing RUFFWEAR trail running vests, participants explored an approximately 2 km route from Samcheong Park to Bukchon Hanok Village, enjoying the changing scenery of the city at their own pace alongside their dogs. Rather than focusing on competition or performance, the walk encouraged participants to enjoy the simple act of walking together and discover new outdoor experiences with their dogs. TAPA HOUSE supported the event through trail route leading and on-site photography, helping participants enjoy a safe and engaging experience while capturing memorable moments from the day. ALTRA Korea was localized and rebuilt on the Cafe24 platform while preserving the global brand guidelines and user experience. The information architecture and design system of the global website were carefully adapted for the Korean market, with Vue.js introduced to extend beyond the limitations of the default Cafe24 theme. This enabled a component-based frontend architecture and a more dynamic, seamless shopping experience. The website also redefined key e-commerce touchpoints, including category navigation, product discovery, search, and member features. A custom Shoe Finder was developed to recommend products based on activity, purpose, cushioning preference, and gender, providing a personalized shopping journey for each user. In addition, a nationwide Store Locator powered by the Kakao Maps API was implemented, allowing customers to easily explore offline retail locations across Korea. By integrating brand storytelling with commerce through a cohesive information architecture, the project delivers a consistent brand experience from product discovery to purchase. For Mountain Rover’s Headwear Collection packshot, four models with different head shapes were photographed to capture the fit from every angle. For the product shots, a ghost-cut approach was used to clearly showcase the chin-strap structure and silhouette, ensuring the headwear’s functionality and details were presented with precision. For the Aieul Website Customization project, the focus was placed on strengthening the brand experience rather than improving usability alone. Instead of relying on the default “Add to Cart” flow in Café24, a custom script was implemented that allows users to view detailed size specifications naturally during the size selection process. This ensured that Aieul’s commitment to precision, quality, and technical detail was consistently conveyed in the online shopping experience. Additionally, customized Naver Pay styling, product list hover image interactions, layout refinements, footer implementation, and favicon application were carried out to enhance visual consistency and reinforce the brand identity throughout the website. For Aieul’s 2025 Fall/Winter Packshot project, the focus was placed on clearly showcasing each product’s identity and craftsmanship. The shoot covered front, back, and detailed angles to deliver a comprehensive view of the collection highlighting key silhouettes, materials, and subtle design elements.
