I’m still training myself to remember to capture the process. Work fuels work, thoughts race and swirl, and much remains unfilmed. And yet - here’s a small glimpse into the making of "Dew", the first in a series of pieces, inspired by Latvian folk songs. by @taptamdesign

Jau novembra pirmajā pusē būs iespēja pieteikties meistarklasēm Ogrē vai saukt mani ciemos! Sekojiet informācijai tepat! 🖤 by @taptamdesign

And finally, once again, a new cycle has begun. This time, the sculpting material is made from leftover local newspapers, manually shredded, soaked and made into a pulp. What will emerge this time remains a mystery - even to me. Stay tuned! I’ll try to share glimpses of the process as the work continues to take shape. 🖤 by @taptamdesign

Paldies dalībniecēm, kuras atrada laiku 31.oktobrī atbraukt uz Ogri!

Ļoti gaidīšu ziņu, ja arī tu vēlētos piedalīties fokusgrupas nodarbībā - pastāstīšu sīkāk!

Jau pavisam, pavisam drīz tev būs iespēja pavadīt laiku mega radošā atmosfērā Ogrē, kur mūs laipni uzņems @adas_darbnica. Padomāsim, parakstīsim, veidosim rotājumus, rotas vai dekorus no papīra masas, papildināsim tos arī ar dažādu krāsu elementiem no ādas atgriezumiem, ja vēlēsies, - skaisti!

Vai gaidīsi nākamos jaunumus? 🖤 by @taptamdesign

HERALD
The image of the crow is often associated with liminal states - between life and death, light and darkness, the temporal and the eternal. It is neither good nor evil. The crow is a messenger that connects these distinct realities and signals the inevitability of transformation. The crow is not merely a symbol of death, but also a sign of rebirth - a bearer of the message that every ending contains the seed of a new beginning. The crow arrives at the moment when the old must be released in order to make space for the new. by @taptamdesign

It's fun, it's challenging, it's cute (at least I think so).. So let's make a lot more of these? 🖤 by @taptamdesign

Jaunumi ir klāt! Jau drīzumā meistarklases būs pieejamas rezervācijām. Sekojiet līdzi sagatavošanās procesam! 🖤

News is here! Masterclasses will be available for booking soon. Stay tuned for the preparation process! 🖤 by @taptamdesign

#8 SKULL
I'm small, I'm cute and, hey - I'm just a part of life. 🖤

TINY ATTRACTIONS is the magnetic mini art collection which is based on my daily impressions. Nothing too deep, they just represent an immediate spark of inspiration, a quick thought, and even an intuitive result of just starting to work without a clear vision beforehand. What makes TINY ATTRACTIONS special is the process itself - for such a tiny thing it can be longer and more challenging than with my work so far. Also the material - recycled paper which these mini sculptures are made of. And the fact that I was brave enough to let you see my thoughts. 😅🖤 by @taptamdesign
