there’s a reason i’ve leaned into line dancing.

it’s not just about learning the latest dance. it’s rhythm, coordination, memory, cardio + getting your whole body AND brain in on the music.
rhythm first. always.

no dance experience necessary. come get tapped in. 🤍 by @tapwithjack

quality control. i make kalisi test my cardio dance before i unleash it on real adults. she is brutally honest, works for “free,”and has never once pretended it was easy to be nice to me 🤓 by @tapwithjack

every legend under one roof. happy mom livin in the era that inspired my obsession for rhythm baby.

come groove. come dance. you pick the shoes. it’s all the same beat.

inspired by the headliners taking over our house this halloween. a little curveball from line dancing, but that’s how we roll.

just show up ready. can’t’ wait!

come see why you will fall in love with this. side effects include strong legs, a sharp brain, and a wildly impulsive number of steps.

ballet florida. 1-2pm. my favorite class.

sometimes when i’m dancing and the rhythm feels just right, it feels a little like this. 🤍 @tapwithjack #mydadwaseverythingtome #stilldancingwithyou by @tapwithjack

please tell me what wildly unnecessary thing you’ve refused to be defeated by… here’s mine. feel free to make fun of me but please also participate 😂 had to take my eight-year-old to pee during sean kaminski’s class + never caught back up. three months later, i learned the combo because apparently i’m a very relaxed person who lets things go 😬

first nationals as a mom + still wanting to be the one taking class. so i made it about me 🤣 in my head all i heard was @lonilanep from @norettadunworthschoolofdance telling me to never give up 😂 my kids would’ve preferred she taught me to sit down.
