So grateful to welcome another month, a new season, and more beautiful opportunities to gather.

Over these last couple of months Javier and I have been so blessed to meet so many new people and continue building community here. It feels really special to keep opening spaces where we can share the things that we love, the practices, traditions, music, medicine and ways of healing that have blessed our own lives and supported us along our journeys.

More than anything, we simply want to continue to be of service and create spaces for connection, healing, prayer, expression, and remembering what is sacred in this life.

We would love to share space with you somewhere along the way. 🤎

For registration for Shamanic Breathwork and the online Grief Circle, you can visit the link in my bio. For the other offerings, feel free to reach out to me directly for details.

Welcome, October. 🍂 by @taramedicina

Join us for a **Singing Circle this Thursday, November 5th**, and for a **Sacred Ceremony on Saturday, November 21st.**

We return with more calm and peace, also accompanied by the strength of our beloved Grandfather.

Music and songs for inner peace, dreams, strength, and life.

May our paths be filled with hope and joy, with gratitude for our Mother Earth.

May we always be guided by the wisdom of Spirit.

Wishing you all a beautiful evening.

**Mentorship, ceremonies and personal well-being.**

**Blessings from the heart,**

For the first few years of practicing bioenergetics, I poured so much of myself into this work.

I was seeing clients regularly, constantly learning, researching, and trying to understand the many layers of health and healing.

And somewhere along the way, I became burnt out.

My work had become so much of my life that I needed to step away for a while and create space for myself.

Sometimes stepping away from something we love is what allows us to return to it with a new perspective.

And that’s exactly what happened.

Bioenergetics has been a critical part of my own healing journey, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to support hundreds of clients on theirs.

It’s a part of my work that I genuinely love. I love the curiosity it brings, the information it offers, and the way it helps us better understand our bodies and the many things influencing our well-being.

And as much as I’ve explored other healing practices and spiritual traditions over the years, bioenergetics has remained a grounding part of what I do.

I’m finding my way back to this work with a different perspective now. One that feels more balanced, more embodied, and more reflective of who I am today.

I’m excited to give this part of my work its own space and share more about the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of health, along with some of the things I’ve learned along the way.

Thank you for being here and for continuing to grow with me. 🌿🤎🌀 by @taramedicina

A few rainbows have appeared in my life this October and brought me back to a dream I had in Peru.

It was shortly after receiving my Ñust’a Karpay, an initiation into the sacred feminine wisdom of the Andes.

In the dream, Javier and I were walking together beneath a rainbow made entirely of flowing water. It was magical.

It was also around this time that I learned I was carrying a little soul within me.

In the Andean cosmovision, the rainbow is known as K’uychi and is associated with water, fertility, and the powerful forces of the natural world. The rainbow is also associated with the great serpent, Amaru, who is connected to water, earth, and the movement between worlds.

The serpent has been one of my animal allies for a long time, and its presence has been especially strong this month as we move through a season of so much shedding and transformation.

And as October comes to a close, a time when the veil between worlds is thin, I’ve also been feeling the presence of my sweet baby boy. He was a wise soul who came into my life for a brief moment and awakened a deep love. I feel both grief and beauty. Life’s paradox. The great mystery.

Some things I don’t need to fully understand to feel their significance.

Thank you great Spirit for signs, symbols and guidance. Thank you to everyone who filled this month with love and meaning. 🌈🐍🕷️🦉🎨🫂💞🫶🏼 by @taramedicina

We are not here to be someone’s healer.

We are here to help them remember the healer within.

There is a certain humility that comes with holding space for another human being. We can create the container, bring our presence, our prayers, our experience, and our medicine, but we cannot do the healing for someone else.

There is wisdom within each of us that knows how to move toward wholeness.

Our work is to create the conditions where that wisdom can be heard, where something can soften, open, and awaken.

To my fellow facilitators and space holders, keep showing up. Keep tending to your own medicine. Keep trusting the wisdom of those who find their way into your circles.

We are witnesses and companions to their remembering and that is sacred. 🕊️ by @taramedicina

I’m still sitting with so much gratitude since the last Shamanic Breathwork ceremony on Saturday.

There is something incredibly meaningful about receiving a message of encouragement from one of my teachers before stepping into circle, and then receiving words like these from someone who journeyed with me afterward.

It reminds me that none of us do this work alone.

I was trained in Shamanic Breathwork through Venus Rising, in the lineage of Linda Star Wolf, and I feel a deep responsibility and gratitude for the teachers who have guided me, encouraged me, and trusted me to carry this work forward.

One of the teachings shared with me is that a wolf pack in integrity protects and supports one another, as well as those they guide.

There are teachers behind me.
There are people walking beside me.
And those trusting me to hold space for them.
That means more to me than I can really put into words.

Every ceremony teaches me something. Every circle asks me to listen more deeply, trust the medicine of the breath, and remember that the healer and the guide already live within each person who enters the space.

I’m deeply grateful to be part of this work, this lineage, and this growing wolfpack. AARROOOOWWW!🐺 by @taramedicina

When we value ourselves, we become a magnet for supportive partners and friends that really see our value too. 💞

Enter the doors to heaven,
turquoise blue like the eternal sky
A journey of ten thousand suns

Will you choose the beauty way,
or descend into the darkness?

Perhaps, we were never meant to choose
We were meant to inhabit all three worlds

To descend like the serpent,
belly against the Earth,
shedding the skin
that has become too small

To walk like the jaguar
between worlds,
eyes open in the darkness,
learning not to fear
what we cannot yet see

To rise with the condor and eagle,
high enough to remember
what could not be seen
from below

We cannot stay still
Life is always asking us
to become something else

Death into life
Grief into prayer
Fear into courage
Wound into wisdom

And something feels accelerated now
Fear tries to hijack the spirit

But we remember our allies
The plants
The elements
The animals
The ancestors
The Earth
Each other

Grandfather cactus teaches us
to walk the red road
with an open heart,
courage in our bones,
humility in our steps

He teaches us to see again
through the eyes of the child
Because Grandfather can be stern,
but he is also full of wonder

More than ever,
I feel the honor of holding these spaces
They are not for everyone

I wondered if I was spiritual enough
because I wasn’t channeling archangels
or speaking in light language

But I speak with the plants
I listen to the Earth
And they speak back

I am not here
to ascend this human experience

I am here
to descend into it

To place my bare feet
upon the Earth
and remember
that I belong here

To become more human,
not less

To inhabit this life
with my whole body
A daughter of the Earth

Thank you, Grandfather,
for bringing me back

For reminding me
that heaven
was never somewhere else by @taramedicina

What remains rooted after the wind has passed? 🌬️ by @taramedicina

This Libra New Moon asks us to notice where we lose our center in relationship.

How quickly does someone else’s mood, desire, approval or withdrawal change our relationship with ourselves?

With Venus moving through the underworld, we’re being asked to look beneath the social mirror: What do I actually value? What do I find beautiful when no one else is there to affirm it?

And with Mars bringing heat to what Venus values:
What precious thing feels worth protecting right now? ⚖️🌑

When you listen to the sound of the rainstick, what do you notice? Does it bring a feeling, a memory, or a sensation somewhere in your body?

I was first introduced to this beautiful instrument when I was in elementary school, maybe second or third grade. I still remember being completely mesmerized by its sound and the way it made me feel.

The rainstick is a traditional instrument associated with the Andean regions of South America, often made from dried cactus and filled with small stones or seeds that create the sound of rain as they move through it.

Traditionally associated with prayers for rain, it carries such beautiful symbolism of water, nourishment, and renewal.

I find it so beautiful that something born from the dry desert can carry the sound of water.

And now, all these years later, I’m excited to begin weaving this sound into my yoga classes and upcoming ceremonies.

The Initiation of Letting Go 🍂

Autumn reminds us that letting go is part of the cycle of life. The trees don’t fight to hold onto their leaves. They release what has completed its season, allowing their energy to return inward, to rest, recover, and prepare for what will be born again.

We are invited into this same process.🌀

What has become heavy? A relationship, a situation, an expectation, an old dream, a version of yourself that no longer feels aligned?

Sometimes healing isn’t about adding something new. Sometimes it is finally allowing ourselves to put something down.

In our last Shamanic Breathwork ceremony, bird medicine came through strongly, and I still feel that medicine moving with us. As we enter deeper into autumn, I’ve been feeling the raven, a bird associated with mystery, healing, transformation, and initiation.

There is an initiation in letting go. When we release what is no longer ours to carry, we make space to hear ourselves more clearly and feel where life is asking us to move next.

This October, we’ll gather again and allow the breath, music, and sacred space to support this process of release and return.

After our breath journey @javier_holisticshaman will guide us through a shamanic sound healing, carrying us into a deeper space of rest before we move into intuitive art and our integration circle.

We hope to breathe with you. 🤎
