Couldn’t have been a more humbling experience to be awarded the 2025 Coach of the Year Award, which was made even more special when you’re friend presents you with it 🙏🏾🥊

Thank you to everyone in my corner and a massive thanks to my brother Ryan O’Shea @ryanpatrickoshea who has always supported and helped me since arriving to these shores in 2018, also so grateful and blessed to have a whole gym of people @monarcboxing who gave me a home ♥️

Proud of the boxers who have competed so far in the final World Olympic Qualifier in Bangkok, Thailand.

Watching these pugilists put it all on the line, has been a privilege.

An absolute honor to represent this nation @boxingcanada at the dual national against Team USA @usaboxing in Winnipeg, Manitoba! 🇨🇦🥊🇺🇸

To be able to be there with the team and also be able to work with @dalis_gures on his debut was a special moment and I’m very grateful to have been able to serve. He put on a phenomenal performance and will build on that for round two!

Working with Coach @evefortiin has been a privilege. A sharp coach with a great boxing mind, she’s been a dream to work with and learn from! 🙏🏾

Well done to Team Canada and it was a great showing for the first of two match bouts against Team USA! Looking forward to round two on Sunday!

Top class training camp in Los Angeles prepping our high performance team for the upcoming provincial tournament, and as prep for the 2026-2027 season 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

We had incredible sparring sessions with top class athletes at incredible gyms, 2 bouts and 2 wins for @604_j.a_ and @hiadryelal at the Boyle Heights Annual, and had a great team bonding experience.

A special thank you to @too.slick.thompson for all her support for this trip. This human being is one of a kind and I couldn’t be more blessed to be her friend. @jstoreyboxing big man thank you for having us in tears of laughter for the week 😹

I couldn’t have done any of this without the support and talents of my brother @notcoachandy Thank you for everything you do man, the team are lucky to have you in their corner and I’m blessed to work with you 🙏🏾

@boxerauty @hiadryelal @604_j.a_ we have a big season coming up, we missed the rest of the team who couldn’t make it out with us this time, but I am very proud and buoyant about your performances this week. You’ve all come back to Vancouver different cats, and this is what it’s all about.

Thanks to everyone behind the scenes that made all of this happen.

Only 2 cancelled flights, lost luggage, locked out of the air Bnb once. I’d say it’s one of our best trips yet 😹

@monarcboxing is going into its second season, we are humble, hungry and ready to grow together ♥️🥊 by @tariq_boxingcoach

His caliber speaks for itself.

Qatar you have my heart ♥️ 🇶🇦

A massive thank you to Sheikh Fahad Al Thani @fahad.k.althani for making me feel so welcomed and cared for during my time in your beautiful country 🙏🏾

Thank you for inviting me to train with the Qatar National Team and to El Profe, Coach Alían for allowing me to work with you and the team these last few days.

I see so much potential and passion in your program, and each and every one of the athletes I was privileged to work with, has such tremendous potential and a wonderful approach to being students of the sport.

It is evident how much care, love and passion has been poured into this program and this generation of Qatari boxers, by all those involved at the Qatar Boxing Federation @qatar_boxing_federation

I’m truly humbled and grateful and look forward to the next time I can return to see everyone’s progress inshallah ♥️🇶🇦
