Made some absolutely KICKASS seafood risotto because i wanted to eat the stuff Sanji made in One Piece.

This stuff turned out SO GOOD it was EXACTLY HOW I HOPED IT WOULD TASTE.

I didn't get any octopus tentacle in the pitcure but they are in there too!

Times have been nice! Popped up over 200 for a bit but this time has concluded. Hopefully for the last time!

But hey, nobody's perfect. I can always keep improving!

So i'm gonna do that. Besides, sugar is getting a good bit easier to avoid. Go figure. by @tarot_vylan

Had a while of rest and relaxation! And boy did i need it. Might have been working myself a bit too hard there but then my dumb ass went rhe exact OPPOSITE direction and decided to spend a month snacking and job applicating

BUT benefits being i am now well rested, measurably stronger and feeling confident! Along with having a job again so i don't tumble into more easily avoidable debt

Time to KICK MY OWN ASS AGAIN! WOOOOHOOOOI

Day 1
Got inspired to try a little experiment with some of the green onions i've been growing on my windowsill, excited to see how this little Frankenstein project develops!

Tried weaving the largest root of the onion through the skeletal frame grown from a head of lettuce i grew over the year.

Will the frame choke the onion?

Will the onion break through?

Will the onion grow through and use the skeleton for structure?

Only time will tell!

Notes; selected largest Green Onion sprout, placed into damp mix of soil from two gardens and original pot it was growing from, replanted into wider pot allow root growth.

Plant too weak to stand itself, weaved sprout around branches and packed the base with small rocks to prop it up. by @tarot_vylan

Holidays are stressful as always, but hey, no reason to skimp out on my workouts!

Rose in weight for a little bit there with all the food i was getting from work, but portioning my meals has helped me get back down to 192 lb again!

Progress does not end here.

God damn, my ass is balding lmao by @tarot_vylan

Been busy.

Progess is excellent.

This shit is too easy. by @tarot_vylan

Who else is up late at night heatin their wok by @tarot_vylan

Good lord i do NOT know what i was thinking all these years with that ratty-ass beard.

It was fun for a while but i look SO much better without it.
Is it weird that smiling is easier without it?

Glad to keep making changes in life for myself. It's a nice feeling.

Bit of a gain to my weight but hey, 3 pounds over 3 weeks is a pretty small increase when i am getting the FUCK out of that garbage landscaping job.

Tired of truckin around with those racist womanizing bastards. Good riddance.

It is LONG overdue that i get my ass back in the kitchen. I've missed the thrill of the lunch rush. by @tarot_vylan

Life is good.

A bit stressed after i got my phone stolen in vancouver but HEY i am happy it wasn't my wallet.

As far as i'm concerned they can HAVE that busted up piece of junk.

Anyways i'm probly gonna cut these updates to once every couple weeks or one a month, to help make the differences a bit more clear!

Checking the scale EVERY single day is NOt A good way to keep your confidence up. by @tarot_vylan

My mobility has really been improving! It's nice to see a difference in the mirror even if i still look the same from my own perspective.

It's hard to notice the changes when i see myself every day!

I am glad i've had this series of pictures tonact as milestones for the hard work i have been accomplishing!

NEVER GIVE UP by @tarot_vylan

Another marvelous day! Figired i can start walking to the grocery store to get some extra exercise in, and stop me from overbuying stuff.

No change in weight this weekend, but i suspect this may be to muscle development!

Been gettin some good glute workouts in cuz my ass looks a bit more sad than i'd like it to :/ by @tarot_vylan

Every single day is another victory.

Another step closer to the me i want to be.

I look forward to not feeling my belly jiggle.
And to no longer weigh down my half of the truck when i climb in!

I'll miss my cold resistance though...
But i guess that's what they make nice cute fluffy pink outfits for! by @tarot_vylan
