👋🏽 Heyyyyy to the many new faces! Here’s a little bit more about me & the passion that I have for the game of LIFE for the next gen 🤩 I absolutely LOVE what I do and who I do it with @elmostephenjr ♥️♥️

My husband and I have dedicated our lives to the great commission by spreading the good news through basketball. Where basketball can be the vehicle to take them anywhere their hearts desire, with the right plan, wisdom & guidance. But just like it is written in the Bible, in multiple ways, We can always plan, but at the end of the day, Gods plan always prevails 🙌🏽🙏🏽

#Welcome & nice to meet you! Let’s get to the Next Level together 🤩🤩🤩🤩 by @tayl215

A couple months back from sharing the vision on how I want our kids to feel in this (bare room at the time). To see it come to fruition & become one of their happy places to learn & just be themselves >>>>> 🙏🏽#Agtg Thank you God! This wasn’t possible without you! 👏🏽 by @tayl215

Not every girl starting out is ready for AAU, and that’s okay. 🏀💗

That’s exactly why we start with our Legacy Development Team. It’s where she learns the game, builds sisterhood, and falls in love with basketball, with no pressure to perform. From there, she grows step by step toward our competitive program, when she’s truly ready.

Every athlete has her own timeline. This pathway is how we help girls grow without burnout, rooted in faith and built for the next level with guidance. 🙏🏾 by @tayl215

Got to see my BB tonight 🤍 So proud of her growth as a young lady, on and off the court! I luv you so much 🥹

Middle school season just ended. For a lot of girls, that means the ball goes in the closet until next fall.

Not here.

The GTE Legacy Development Team is still building, and there’s room for middle school girls who want to understand the game. we do multiple In-house scrimmages. A true learning environment from a former college coach & public school teacher in a learning environment where mistakes are part of the process.

It’s not too late. 🩷🏀

Taylor and I had the opportunity to attend today’s Kiwanis Club forum at First United Methodist Church on Lake Morton. Kate did an amazing job sharing her heart and vision for our schools! We’re excited to support her for Polk County School Board, District 3, and can’t wait for Election Day on November 3. Make sure you get out and vote! by @tayl215

This mornings Bible study hit different for sure 🔥🔥

Before we can identify ourselves; how does Jesus and God identify themselves through scripture?! 👀

Key Takeaways:
- Without God in us, we are nothing. Like a Christmas toy without batteries. God is our batteries to be fully functional.

- God gives us “labels” before we even conquer anything (Gideon’s story; scary whimpy guy, but God called him a a warrior of Valor before he did the action)

- The ones God called who doubted themselves, God always reassured them that He was with them. He is the great I AM. (Jeremiah, Moses, Gideon)

- We can’t be who He has called us to be without acknowledging Him in our daily lives by building a relationship with Him.👏🏽🤍

Ugh, this was more for me than them this am ‼️ so grateful for my GTE families 🥹 by @tayl215

HAPPY NATIONAL COACHES DAYY🤩🤍👏🏽
GTE would be nowhere near where we are at if it was for our volunteer coaches! Thank you all so much for the time, effort and energy that you’ve pour back into the program!! #CheersToTheFuture #MoreToCome

Our scholars were ELECTRIC at GTE Academy! 🤪🤪

We loved seeing our students light up—literally and figuratively—during our hands-on Electricity & Circuits STEM Lab with Wonder Boxed!

Throughout this experience, our scholars walked away with more than just a fun STEM activity. They learned how to:

🔌 Build and complete a circuit and understand what makes electricity flow
⚡ Identify conductors and insulators and test which materials allow electricity to pass through
💡 Problem-solve when a circuit didn’t work and make adjustments to find a solution
🧠 Make predictions, test ideas, and observe results like real scientists
✨ Understand static electricity and explore how electrical energy behaves
🤝 Collaborate and communicate while working through hands-on challenges with their peers

Most importantly, our scholars experienced that science isn’t just something you read about—it’s something you can build, test, explore, and understand for yourself.

A huge thank-you to Wonder Boxed for creating an engaging STEM experience that encouraged our scholars to be curious, think critically, and get excited about how the world works!
