💥Carry the Load💥 Especially during these times, many of us are tired, pissed, angry, sad *insert whatever emotion you are feeling now*. We're feeling a load that maybe we don't know how to carry, or how to react so we allow it to consume our thoughts, minds and hearts. And I get it. We want things to change but holding that anger 24/7 can and WILL drain you. That is no way to live. Try to find things that bring you peace. Turn OFF the TV and social media. Or maybe unfollow or only add people to your socials that are providing positive and/or happy messages. Laughter is the best form of medicine and relief. Surround yourself with people that will help you grow and provides the energy that builds you not wear you down. MENTAL HEALTH IS REAL! Take it seriously. Talk with a therapist, cry, take a boxing class, workout... relieve whatever negative energy you need to so that you can make room for the positivity that your body yearns for and craves. Be intentional with these things and carry the load of strength that brings you LIFE and let God carry the other things for you! ❤❤ #MentalHealth #Strength #StrongAF #Gratitude #TheBeautifulStruggle #EmbraceTheJourney #TaylarMade #TaylarMadeMeDoIt#Gratitude #YourStrongRealtor #RealEstate #TampaRealtor by @taylarmade_homes
💥Where are you spending your energy?💥 It is true that the only things that'll grow are the things we place the most energy into. If the majority of our energy is being placed on the things that have already occurred, then how are we to grow? We've become so invested in the past that we complain when we don't see any movement in our lives. What do you think will happen if we shift that SAME energy and place it into new situations, ideas, tasks in our lives that will allow us to progress forward? Think about it. When we complain about what happened to us in the past or where you use to be, how does that usually leave you feeling? Usually not good because we are more than likely not in that same place today. The more you think about it, probably the more angry, sad, frustrated you become. How about saying next time, what do I need to do to change my situation? Or what one thing can I do today that will make me more productive and closer to where I want to be? Just this simple thought can change the trajectory of your life if you'll let it! Comment below. What is one thing you can do TODAY that can change your trajectory for your future? #YourStrongRealtor #TaylarMade #TaylarMadeMeDoIt #RealEstateInvesting #RealEstate #GayRealtor #BlackRealtor #TampaBay #TampaRealtor #Locs #Gratitude #Patience #Energy #FocusedOnMyFocused #PositiveVibes #Mindset by @taylarmade_homes
💥“What can I do to help my home sell faster?”💥 We are still in a strong seller’s market right now, and many sellers are looking to gain top dollar for their homes. Even in a crazy market like we’re in today, you still have to be strategic and put your best foot forward to attract the best buyers with competitive offers! Here are some things to think about planning for if you are looking to sell your house..and not just fast but for the maximum amount of money! Price your home RIGHT! Work with an agent that knows how to compare your home to other comparable homes in the market. An overpriced home can scare away potential buyers and cause it to sit on the market for too long. Professional and quality pictures are EVERYTHING! You, as the seller, have approximately 10-15sec to make the best impression for buyers. If your pictures are not showing off the best angles, views, features of your home, buyers will quickly move on to the next on their list! Staging! Your agent should help make sure your home is presented in the right light to the buyers. Remember, we want this to be the dream home for the buyer, so remove pictures or anything showing your family. If your home is vacant, consider hiring a staging crew to outfit the major areas like the living room and master bedroom. Help them see themselves at “home”! Have a strong marketing plan ready! What’s going to make your home stand out more? Work with your agent and find out creative ways to market your home. Are you close to a desirable area. In the heart of the city? An easy commute to interstates or beaches? Whatever type of treasure you can think of, market it! Pick an agent that is Taylar’d for you! Yep I said it! Not all agents are created equal. They will help negotiate the best deal for you and ween out any of the offers that send up red flags that could slow down the process. If you are looking to sell your house fast or whatever your real estate needs are, allow me to help you with them! #YourStrongRealtor #TaylarMade #TaylarMadeHomes #TaylarMadeMeDoIt #RealEstate #RealEstateInvesting #TampaRealtor #GayRealtor #Tampa #TampaBay #ChampaBay #1sttimeHomeBuyers #Home by @taylarmade_homes
💥Never too Late💥 We have heard it sooo many times, probably 90% from ourselves the phrase, “I’m too old. I can’t do that!” Or “I wish I would have knew/started/etc when I was *insert younger age*.” Our life is only as limited as our “coulda, shoulda, woulda’s”. The truth is the days are still going to continue to pass us by and then 5+years from now you’re going to repeat the same sentence wishing you had started TODAY! So why not start what you want to do today!  *Start with doing the research to whatever it is you want to do.  *Start making small calculated choices that are in favor of what you want to do. *Start making a 3-6month nest egg so that when you’re ready to fully commit 100% you don’t have to worry about expenses and you can focus your energy and attention on what you want! *Make small obtainable goals weekly, bi-weekly. These will help you stay motivated and progressing. Compounding is the best way to build to bigger results! *Surround yourself with like-minded people who have the same or similar goals as you. The ones who are smarter than you so you are always striving to level up! It’s fine to have multiple groups! You can learn from everybody, good and bad! *Lastly, JUST GET STARTED! If you continue to place limits on yourself you will never grow further than where you’re at right now! It’s never too late, until it’s too late. So what is it that you want to do RIGHT NOW that you would have wished you had started years ago? Comment below and then lets put in work to get closer to that goal, so that 5years from now your view is a little different than today! As some you may know, or not know, my mission has always been to help serve and give back in any way I can. Since becoming a realtor, I knew I could do more to help the communities that are close to me. So I started the initiative there with every closed transaction I will donate to a non profit or initiative for an under represented community. Last time I was able to sow into @usf_bln and this time around I'll be sowing into another community that is close to my heart! Stay tuned to find out who that organization is! So please help me in your referrals or being in the conversation to help you make one of the biggest decisions of your life in buying or selling your home. The more people I can help the more I'll be able to give back to these communities! Please share the word and let's help each other, help each other! ❤❤❤🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 #YourStrongRealtor #TaylarMade #TaylarMadeMeDoIt #TaylarMadeHomes #TampaRealtor #TampaBay #Tampa #RealEstateInvesting #RealEstate #GayRealtor #BlackRealtor #HardWorkPaysOff #EarnedNotGiven #HeadDownEyesForward #GiveBack #Give #1sttimeHomebuyers #Charity #nonprofit by @taylarmade_homes

💥Hard Work Pays Off💥 That saying,  "Hard work pays off", holds fire in every aspect of life. People tend to take ONE failure as if that's the stopping point. It's the stopping point if YOU stop! Take the lessons from the EXPERIENCE and keep MOVING! Not everyone will be on board because everyone is not meant to board your ship. So be persistent in your efforts and the results big and little will follow. Remember even little results compound into BIG results...if you keep working! Consistency creates credibility. So stay focus. Stay persistent. Stay resilient my friends. #HappyHumpDay #YourStrongRealtor #TaylarMade #TaylarMadeMeDoIt #RealEstateInvesting #RealEstate #GayRealtor #BlackRealtor #TampaBay #TampaRealtor #Locs #HardWorkPaysOff  #EarnedNotGiven #HeadDownEyesForward #Adapt #Gratitude #Patience #ConsistencyCreatesCredibility #Persistence #Mindset by @taylarmade_homes
