🤍🫂 may is mental health awareness month and june is men’s mental health awareness month. but awareness shouldn’t stop. these past few months have been some of the hardest i’ve ever faced. from battling anxiety, depression, and ocd, to then putting my worth into the hands of others. also caring more about their opinion than what God says I am to be. ultimately, I was so incredibly scared of what people would think about me if I was real, unashamed, and honest. the craziest part is based of my instagram & other socials, you would never be able to tell. but through reaching out I was able to find so many beautiful lights in such a dark place. I have developed the best support system and gained so many new relationships. I want to thank everyone who has poured into me, prayed for me, and believed in me no matter what. and most importantly, I have grown into who I am today and will carry each lesson with me into everything I do now. if anybody is hesitant to reach out, just know you are never alone. your emotions matter and shouldn’t be neglected. this one bad moment does not equal a bad life. and don’t allow it to define you. so many people are there to support you including me. help is always available. 988.❤️ my identity is in Christ.
