The aquamarine frog has now had a taste of the rolling hills of Mugello, too.

@taylor_zachary_ is feeling increasingly at ease, he doesn’t even look like a rookie anymore.

For now, @nictaylor_racing is observing from the sidelines, but he has a very clear vision.

And @alessandro_ghiretti support is second to none. The racing family is almost ready for the next chapter.

Mugello ✅

Amazing to be back in the Cup car after such a long break.

Was great fun and a really nice experience to work with Porsche driver @alessandro_ghiretti these past couple days here in Mugello.

Super fun track in this car, and another mega step forward for me and the team.

Looking forward for the next one! 🏃‍➡️

Until next time, Monza 👋🇮🇹

Great to be back in the Porsche GT3 Cup this week, this time at another new track for me.

These past 2 days in Monza I was given the opportunity to work alongside Porsche Motorsport driver and reigning Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup champion, @alessandro_ghiretti

Having such high-level support was a game changer for me and the team, I definitely took a big step forward in this car.

Looking forward to getting back behind the wheel soon!
But first, a much needed summer break 🏖️

Two days of crucial testing in a scorching Monza the kid, learning from the best in the series, the former Porsche Supercup champion.
The project moves forward, the goal is clear.

Development is not just about seat time. It is about the quality of the environment around a driver.

This week at Monza, Zach Taylor had the opportunity to spend two days working exclusively with Porsche Factory Driver Alessandro Ghiretti, the reigning 2025 Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Champion and multiple-time Porsche regional champion.

For a young driver still early in his Porsche journey, these are the opportunities that accelerate key understandings.

Working in identical Porsche Carrera Cup machinery, Alessandro provided reference laps, detailed data analysis and the insight that comes from competing at the highest level of Porsche racing.

The progress was measurable. On a circuit Zach had never driven before, he finished within 0.8 seconds of Alessandro while making significant gains in his understanding of the car, particularly under braking.

But the most valuable takeaway came from Alessandro himself, “I was impressed with how advanced Zach is already with the technical driving aspects of the race car. It’s impressive for someone so young and with limited seat time so far.”

Feedback like this matters because it validates the process. At Pure, the focus has always been creating the right environment for drivers to develop with access to the right people, the right coaching, and the right challenges.

Zach now returns to karting in September to compete in the Italian Championship, ROK Cup Championship and OKN World Cup before returning to the Porsche Carrera Cup programme full time in October.

Our goal remains the same, to continue developing the complete racing driver.

A race weekend day in Val Vibrata 🌻

#PFB23 #motorsportstoryteller #taylorbros by @taylor_zachary_

Not an easy weekend in Val Vibrata at the 4th round of ACI ⛰️

Struggled a bit with pace in practice but managed to find a bit for when it mattered. Solid races on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning gave me a decent overall position going into the final. Unfortunately, a contact in the opening lap of the final race put me on the back foot and prevented me from advancing further.

FP: P13
QP: P9 (group) / P27 (overall)
Heat 1: P11 - P7
Heat 2: P11 - P11
Heat 3: P11 - P13
Heat 4: P11 - P16
Prefinal: P12 - P10
Final: P22 - P26
(81 drivers total)

Overall a good weekend with lots of learnings and progress. Big thanks to the team and everyone for all the incredible support @kgt_motorsport @purepg_official @tredicinestefano

Onto Franciacorta next week ☀️

Tales from Misano 🇮🇹 - Carrera Cup Italy debut

Some weekends are perfect, others less so, and then there are those weekends that, regardless of the results, are still special.

It wasn’t the first time I’d seen Nic and Zach battle it out on the track, but every time it was in testing, with karts or cars.

Seeing them compete together for the first time, however, was special. Their harmony, their lighthearted push for each other is something splendid.

And for this being our first outing in this top-level championship, we can only go home with high morale, knowing that next year will be fun.

And it wasn’t an easy weekend as one might think, because Zach was unlucky in both races, while Nic had to deal with a car that was anything but in top condition, but even in this case, the @pmamotorsport racing family proved its worth.

We’re strong, we’ll have fun! ✌🏻

Debut race in cars at Porsche @carreracupitalia this weekend 🤙🌌

Really cool to be given the opportunity to join rounds 3 and 4 of the series to see where we’re at. Very difficult and intense racing, and a lot to learn for next year, but I’m quite satisfied with my performance for my maiden race in cars especially at such a high level ⚡️

Really cool to now be teammates with my highly experienced older brother, @nictaylor_racing , great reference and always fun to compete against each other ❤️‍🔥

The team and I certainly look forward to the future in this car and see what we can do in a full championship! 🐝

First race for us in the @carreracupitalia 🇮🇹

P11 for @nictaylor_racing , who had a great recovery after starting from P23, great job!

Unfortunately, it was a DNF for @taylor.zachary_ after getting involved in a crash through no fault of his own.

Now it’s time to work for tomorrow’s second race of the weekend!
