Turquoise façade. Gold accents. Clock tower. Few buildings capture the glamour of Los Angeles quite like the Eastern Columbia.

Designed by architect Claud Beelman and opened in 1930, this Art Deco landmark originally housed the Eastern and Columbia furniture and clothing businesses. Its 2006 residential conversion introduced a new chapter, with Kelly Wearstler bringing her distinctive vision to the lobby and rooftop pool—pairing historic character with modern luxury.

This listing at Penthouse 1210 offers an opportunity to call this piece of LA history home. It can also serve as an artist studio or second home when attending Lakers games, Kings games, or concerts.

Spanning 3,320 square feet, the multilevel residence features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, soaring ceilings, custom marble baths, and expansive windows framing the downtown skyline. The primary suite’s vaulted skylight ceiling and views stretching to the San Gabriel Mountains make it especially memorable.

Above it all: a rooftop pool beneath the iconic clock tower, plus a fitness center and 24-hour concierge.

849 S Broadway, PH 1210
Offered at $2,900,000

I’m excited to share that I joined Carolwood Estates as a luxury residential real estate agent.

This next chapter allows me to merge everything I’ve learned in my 15-year corporate career to help my clients navigate their buying and selling journey strategically and with the utmost care.

I’ve always been passionate about home design and architecture, thanks to the artful craftsmanship of my dad. I enjoyed the process of buying our first home, renting it out, searching for our next home, and exploring investment properties to set us up for the future.

If you’re buying or selling a home in the LA area, specifically La Canada Flintridge, Pasadena, the valley, or other areas of LA, I would love to help you. If someone in your life is thinking about a move, an introduction would mean the world to me.

Get ready to be spammed with home design content 😊

Jill and I met in sailing class at 8 years old, became instant besties, had a sleepover that night and never looked back. We grew up water skiing and racing together. The Catalina Ski Race was always on our bucket list.

WE DID IT!!! 31 miles of water skiing each way.

Thank you to our driver, crew, and navigator for making sure we were safe and had the most fun!!! To our husbands and Avery for supporting us every step of the way. Our friends and family for cheering us on and Coach @kdub157 for prepping us. Love you all!

It was the adrenaline rush and thrill of a lifetime.
