I spent 8 months figuring out how to put this together it will be days I couldn't even record, but I had to push through it. This album isn't only dedicated to you, but this will be my masterpiece. Probably the best thing I've ever made. I got one more project in me and then I am taking a break from music to focus on my true purpose. I love you dad may you keep watching over me and my family❤️🙏🏾 OUT NOW by @tayproudbtd

I really love you, Dad. I miss you, Pops. Some days the silence is louder than anything, And I still catch myself reaching for your voice. You knew how to make people laugh, Like joy was something you carried in your pocket Just in case someone needed it. You could turn a heavy moment light, And somehow make everyone feel like things would be okay. You gave advice that stayed with me, Not because it sounded good, But because it was real. You spoke your mind when others stayed quiet, And you taught me that honesty Is a form of courage. You raised the three of us Three lives, three hearts, one foundation. And now that you’re gone, I understand the weight you carried Because I feel it too. I promise you this, Dad: I’m going to look out for my brother and my sister. I’ll make sure they’re good, Protected, guided, never alone. I’ll be there the way you were there for us Steady, present, unbreakable. You showed me how to stand on my own feet, How to push forward when life feels unfair, How to keep going even when nobody’s clapping. You didn’t just tell me how to be a man You showed me. I carry you with me now In the way I think, In the way I move, In the way I don’t give up. Your lessons live in my bones, Your strength lives in my heart. You were a Marine, But you were my protector long before that. Strong, consistent, present. You made sure I knew what perseverance looked like Before I ever needed it. I really love you, Dad. I miss you more than words can explain. But I promise I’m walking forward With everything you gave me. Until we meet again, I’ll keep your name alive in how I live, And I’ll make you proud in the man I become. Rest easy, pops. Heaven has you now But I have you forever. Love, your eldest son, Austin Miles by @tayproudbtd
