What an experience that was. The whole 10 months leading up to this was well worth the graft. The final 12 weeks of prep were probably the hardest weeks of my life. From doing 35+ mins on the stairs fasted everyday for 2 months straight. The discipline and dedication it has taken to achieve this has been nails. Came away from my first show as a Natural Men’s Physique with a placing and an invite to the British Finals. 💪🏼 This would not have been achievable, if not for @tonyb_hardworkworks. As a coach he has been absolutely outstanding, and more importantly is a great friend, I could not of asked for more. Non-stop support and guidance from Tony has helped me make this dream come true and I’m so grateful! 🤝 Now we reset, enjoy summer and we come back stronger. ☀️ by @tazbeesley
