You don’t need to be good at something to start 📣 You need to START to get good NOTHING humbles you faster than thinking you’re athletic and trying a completely different sport ☠️ Being on the OTHER side of coaching for the first time in years has been a reality check I didn’t realize I needed. FULL TRANSPARENCY, it was ROUGH at first 🙃 I would come home and tell Stephen I wanted to cry and quit because I genuinely couldn’t imagine ever getting to the level I wanted to be at and felt silly trying. ** My goal is to compete But between having an amazing Coach, a supportive husband and being just stubborn enough to want to prove to myself & community that I COULD do it, I’ve kept showing up. And now I’m actually seeing myself get better 💅🥊 **This reel does not show that part** 😂 I’m learning to get out of my head, celebrate the little wins and actually have FUN being a beginner again. It’s also reminded me what it feels like to be new. The frustration, the awkwardness, the self-doubt and those little moments when something FINALLY clicks. It’s given me a whole new appreciation for the people I coach and what it takes for them to show up 🩵 Give yourself GRACE. Get uncomfortable. Laugh. Do not give up on your goals! PRESSURE MAKES DIAMONDS 💎 HUGE shoutout to @coachpete_boxing_leadership for being an incredible Coach and reminding me of my OWN advice on a weekly basis 🙃😂 I genuinely don’t think I would’ve pushed through that initial discomfort without his patience, knowledge and encouragement. And if anything, this experience has reminded me just how important it is to have a Coach who understands YOU. Check him out at @zenithmartialarts 🥊 Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither was Mike Tyson 💅 www.tealfitpro.com Personal Training | Focused Group Fitness | Nutrition Coaching Your first class is FREE with code ✨JOINTEAL✨ #stouffvillefitness #boxing #progressnotperfection #fitnessjourney #fitnesscoach by @tealfitpro

Mom of TWO • 10 months postpartum • STRONGER than EVER 💅🔥✨ Can we PLEASE retire the idea that women need to “bounce back” after having a baby? Your body just did something MIRACULOUS. We’re not living in the past, we’re moving FORWARD 👏 Motherhood changes you physically, mentally and emotionally. You’re not the same woman you were before, and that’s not a bad thing! It’s an opportunity to redefine your relationship with yourself and discover a whole new level of strength. And Dom is an INCREDIBLE example 🥹🔥👏 This hardworking super mama has put in the WORK, and it SHOWS 👀🌶️🍑🔥 Was it always easy? Absolutely not. She showed up with a stroller, sometimes 2 kiddos, on little sleep, and on days when I’m sure staying home sounded a whole lot better. But she never gave up on herself Her progress? 3 classes a week & making good choices 🩵 No extremes ❌No restrictions ❌ Just Consistency ✅ Beyond the AMAZING physical transformation, Dom is setting an incredible example for her family and community by prioritizing her HEALTH. 📣 Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s what allows you to show up as your best for the people you love. Oxygen mask on FIRST, ladies 🤌 Dom, we are all SO incredibly proud of you and love you so much 😭👏 You’re an inspiration, a bad b*tch with a beautiful soul & proof that making yourself a priority doesn’t mean making your family less of one. WAY TO GO DOM 👏👏👏👏👏 We’re not bouncing back. We’re building something even BETTER 💪 Life is too short to put yourself on the back burner. Be the change you wish to see. You don’t need to do it alone 😘 www.tealfitpro.com Personal Training | Focused Group Fitness | Nutrition Coaching code ✨JOINTEAL✨ for your FREE trial class #stouffvillemoms #stouffvillefitness #postpartum #womenshealth #postpartumjourney by @tealfitpro

Tealfit-family 🥹💕A community stronger than your excuses 💅 I’m truly so grateful and proud to coach such incredible people AND even more honoured that I get to watch not only my members grow, but their families grow alongside them. 🥹 I never take for granted how vulnerable change can be, or the fact that you trust me with your health, your goals, and the people you love most.
