Yes FAMILY!

Im back with another fundraiser, but this time …..
I’ve brought BACKUP! 👥
We have assembled a team of fathers, husbands, brothers, sons & workers to take part in @bigmoose.charity next PROJECT £1MILLION 3.0 event which takes place on the 28th-29th November.
It’s a 24hr cyclothon event held at the NIAC in Cardiff.
I rode about an accumulated 14hrs alone last year as an angel bike rider.
Unbelievable event.
Super empowering.
Highly emotional.

THIS TIME I have a force!
What’s our fundraising goal you ask …

It £10,000 !!
we have 12 willing bodies prepared to cycle a 24hr indoor relay all the way through the night.

What’s next..?
You’ll get to meet the men taking part soon enough but if in the meantime this post finds you and you’re able to spare a few pounds to raise money for mental health then I would be eternally grateful!

THE BIG CHOP 25 ✂️

It feels far removed now from this moment but the memory of this day is carved into my very essence and lives on endlessly.
Undoubtedly & with a hint of cliché - a real time rollercoaster of emotion, deeper meanings coupled with the familiar attachments of the past battling with the foresight of the unknown future. A head on collision between culture and purpose! Cause & effect… the reason, why? Verses the uncertainty of now.
15 years of everything that I was.. who will I now become? Letting go of, he.. but for who? For what? And why?
@bigmoose.charity and their work set the emotional foundation for this to be successful- the constant, why? A never evading thought to remind me of what we tried to achieve and we did achieve! [check final post picture for evidence]
Sometimes, the thing you don’t want to do is the task that needs doing the most… perseverance and drive to sacrifice a piece of yourself for a cause… more than worthy.

They say “a pictures speaks a thousand words” … these hold a life time of significance to me.
THANK YOU EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO PLAYED ANY PART IN THIS! It was impossible to have done this alone!
BTW, MEN! It’s okay to show emotion - release yourself from the shackles and be free of burden. Embrace your people, tell them that you love them and be your authentic self.
