We are honored and grateful to be ranked the #1 Small Team in Washington and #20 in the nation based on sales volume in this year’s @realtrendsinc #TheThousand list. And for yet another year, Compass ranks #1 in the industry, with more agents and teams than any other brokerage honored on The Thousand for sales volume. Much ❤️ to our clients who we are so fortunate to work with every day. And of course, none of this would be possible without our amazing Team. XOXO, Tere & Moya. #RealTrendsVerified by @teamfoster_re
#TestimonialTuesday: Not only do buyers & sellers love working with Team Foster, our fellow agents do too! Thank you to the buyers’ agent on our recent Magnolia waterfront sale for these very kind words ❤️ #CollaborateWithoutEgo by @teamfoster_re

The Secret Garden Residence, a rare new work by Olson Kundig. Conceived as a private C-shaped retreat around a garden courtyard and twin reflecting pools, architecture, landscape and light form a continuous whole. A glass-lined gallery, 10-foot walnut door and Faune limestone flowing from exterior to interior establish a quiet, Japanese-influenced material language. Floating ceiling planes and a deeply cantilevered upper level, its structure concealed within the architecture, capture the home’s defining idea: extraordinary complexity engineered to disappear. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living spaces to the courtyard. David Ohashi’s landscape layers granite boulders, Japanese maples, black pines, bamboo and evergreen screening around the courtyard, reflecting pools and terraces. A singular residence where structure, craft and technology quietly recede, leaving an experience that feels serene, immersive and almost otherworldly. Rare. Exceptional. This is the Secret Garden on Overlake Drive. Offered at $14,490,000 📲 To schedule a tour 📍8718 Overlake Drive West Medina | West Bellevue 🎥 @peak3visuals #OlsonKundig #Medina #WestBellevue Team Foster is consistently ranked in the Top 1% in the country according to WSJ Real Trends.
