5th Annual Iranians of Compass Dinner | New Orleans ⚜️🎷

Five years ago, we started with just 4 agents. Today, we’re a family of over 60 Compass agents across the country! It’s truly heartwarming to see how much this community has grown, thanks to the incredible support of so many along the way.

This retreat was all about reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, catching up over dinner, biking through New Orleans, enjoying amazing live jazz, and celebrating our Persian heritage together. 💛

A special thank you to @neda.navab.compass for always supporting our group. We’re so proud to have you as part of IOC family and as President of Compass!

Grateful for the friendships, the sense of belonging, and the opportunity to grow together while better serving our clients and communities.

Here’s to many more years of connection and celebration! 💚🤍❤️ by @teamsoha

Don’t let HIGH INTEREST RATE SCARE YOU!

Soha breaks down 7.5% interest rate and why it is still a time to buy in Hoboken.
She answers who buys right now with high interest rates. Inventory is plenty and there are still a lot of buyers active in this market.
She explains sellers who purchased 7 years ago and 10 years ago with low interest rates. Those 7 year rates are coming up, interest rate is changing on them, and they do not want to be holding onto the property anymore so they are letting go.
That creates a phenomenal opportunity for first time home buyers. Interest rate will go down and you can refinance your mortgage. Once you do that payment goes down and you will feel rich.
This is a long term plan and long term strategy. Payment goes down while hopefully you got your raise.

You must go Above and Beyond.

Soha shows what being a real estate agent is actually about - the little things.
She is checking on a client home and bringing in packages. The last piece is the shower curtain. The old one was simple with plastic hooks and she explains she does not like that. She brought a new one that matches the bathroom colors to elevate and make the home impeccable.
She talks about why great agents do all these finishing touches. It does not guarantee a sale but it is about the experience for sellers and the experience buyers get as they walk in during open house.
She runs through open house prep checklist in Hoboken - checking bathroom light and bringing light bulbs, bringing toilet paper so buyers can find the bathroom and the experience is complete.
