Back in March, we took @teamstronger_uk to Copenhagen for HYROX

This first vlog is from the day we arrived

A bunch of guys with different goals but the same intention

Some were about to take on their first HYROX. Some wanted to see how far they could push themselves. Some were chasing PBs

What I love about Team Stronger is that it gives men an opportunity to step outside their comfort zone and do things they probably wouldn’t do on their own

Train harder. Travel together. Support each other. Become more confident

That’s exactly what this weekend was about

Over the next few posts I’ll be sharing more from the trip, race day and everything that came with it

Him and I coach the Saturday Sweat sessions every Saturday morning at @gymnation.uk

What started as a workout has become much more than that

Team Stronger is a group of men committed to showing up for themselves and each other

Training hard, building better habits, pushing their limits and becoming better men both inside and outside the gym

One of my favourite things is seeing the guys support each other. Watching confidence grow, friendships form and seeing people become stronger, fitter and healthier week after week

The workout is one thing. The way we show up is what really matters

Sheku’s been part of Team Stronger from day one ☝🏽

He came in already in good shape. What kept him there was the community.

The Saturday sessions are tough, but they’re fun.

That balance makes it easier to keep showing up and staying consistent.

Alongside that, he’s been working 1:1 with @trainerobi to keep things moving in the right direction.

Over time he’s leaned out, got stronger, and kept it sustainable without doing anything extreme.

That’s what Team Stronger is about.

Good people, strong connections, and consistency over time.
