19 HYROX finishers.
Different backgrounds. Different strengths. Different struggles. One shared goal / to cross that finish line.

Some trained with me online.
Some trained offline.
Some joined our weekly Oye Runner Community.

But every athlete followed the same process / structured running, station-specific strength, compromised running, pacing, transitions, recovery and most importantly, consistency.

As a coach, I am proud not only because they finished HYROX, but because each one achieved the goal they once believed was difficult or even impossible.

HYROX does not test only your strength or running. It tests how efficiently you can move when your lungs are burning, your legs are heavy and your mind is asking you to stop.

I may have designed the plans, corrected the technique and guided the race strategy, but they were the ones who showed up, trusted the process and did the work.

Every photograph here represents months of discipline, self-doubt, improvement and courage.

Proud of every HYROX finisher. Online or offline / the commitment was real, and so were the results.

“A coach can prepare the path, but the athlete must earn every step towards the finish line.”

HYROX Coach in offering structured HYROX training, running plans, strength conditioning and station-specific coaching / online and offline across India.

From first-time athletes to competitive finishers, I help you run stronger, move efficiently and cross the HYROX finish line with confidence.

Thanks @shruglifecf for allowing us to do simulations.
Thanks @strengthskap for perfect recovery protocol.
Thanks @theleapindia for your Hydration.

They say Burpee Broad Jumps break athletes…

I decided to break the station instead. 😅

GYANDO kaun hai?

Gyando woh banda hai jo profession se kuch aur hota hai…lekin Instagram kholte hi running scientist, coach, physiologist aur performance expert ban jaata hai.

2–4 saal running kar li. Kuch races finish kar li. Garmin pe graphs dekh liye. Do podcasts sun liye.

Bas. Ab har doosri reel:

“Zone 2 ka asli sach…”
“Lactate threshold actually ye hota hai…”
“Elite runners bhi yehi karte hain…”

Qualification?
Optional.

Sports science?
Google se.

Coaching education?
Reels se.

Confidence?
World Championship level.

Aur isi species ka naam hai: GYANDO

Experience valuable hota hai. Lekin apne upar kuch saal running karna aur doosron ko professionally coach karna same cheez nahi hai.

Personal experience ≠ professional expertise.

Running mein sabse dangerous banda woh nahi jo slow run karta hai.

Sabse dangerous Gyando woh hai jiske paas half knowledge, full confidence aur unlimited Instagram data ho.

Aur rule simple hai: Jitni kam knowledge, utna bada GYAN.

Welcome to the era of GYANDOLOGY. 😌

How to run in zone 2? by @technicalmuscle

Most runners blindly trust their watch without understanding HOW their zones are calculated!

3 Methods. 3 Different Zone Settings. Completely Different Training!

1. Max HR (220 − Age) – A rough estimate, not your actual maximum HR.

2. Heart Rate Reserve (HRR) – Uses your Max HR and Resting HR.

3. Lactate Threshold HR (LTHR) – Uses your threshold heart rate, ideally measured through a reliable test. by @technicalmuscle
