Teddi

Coach | F45 Meridian South

Teddi’s journey into fitness didn’t start with motivation — it started with healing. After battling an eating disorder, she began working with a personal trainer in search of a healthier way to build strength. That experience completely reshaped how she saw food, movement, and her body. Inspired by the transformation, she got certified in group fitness and became a personal trainer herself in 2019. Now, coaching isn’t just her job — it’s her passion and her purpose.

Teddi’s coaching approach? Tough love — with a purpose. She sets the bar high because she knows what’s possible on the other side of challenge. Her strength as a coach comes from her personal experience, her range across multiple training formats, and her ability to push people out of their comfort zones. Nothing fires her up more than seeing members lift heavier or crush cardio they didn’t think they could handle.

To Teddi, fitness is personal. Physical strength unlocks mental strength. Falling in love with the gym? That’s falling in love with yourself.

When she’s not on the mic, you’ll find Teddi spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, catching a movie, or dancing every chance she gets. She’s also no stranger to competition — she’ll be racing in the Boise Spartan this August and gearing up for her next Hyrox event in September.

Day 4 HYROX focused workout when you’re on vacation you have to make do with what’s available. This is a quick 50 minute Hyrox focused session. I also finished doing 30 flights of stairs on the stairclimber.

This is huge!! @buckedup products are now on the shelf at target. You can find them in the fitness section!!! The carbonated protein drinks are my favorite only 100 cal 25 g of protein. They taste delicious and now you can find them @target

And even though this is fun and does always put a smile on your face, the queue peekaboo will help you keep proper form as the weights should be in front of your eyes not below your chin and then as you open up your arms, you can say peekaboo. It’s a fun way to make the move more enjoyable and helps you do it correctly.

This has been my go to lunch lately! Super high in protein very filling and delicious. I prefer the bbq quest chips but I was out of them. Sometimes the chips break in the tuna so I’ll just crush them up and sprinkle them on top.
