Our 1st Awards Night

When the agency was birthed last April, we started from ground up - a lean team of 4.

We had no expectations. We simply sought to serve our clients with heart and technical competence. We also sought to do right by our financial consultants, and to have fun along the way.

It's therefore surreal that we grew to seven in a short few months, and that five of us made it to awards night. We are thankful for growth and results, and look forward to building deeper in 2026.

Congrats @joleneklt @tehpingggggg @sarahnikkichong @charlovescupcakes @beneoon on your amazing achievements! by @tehpingggggg

What an exhilarating time in Korea! 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷
This is our first year travelling together as @thearrowsgroup to celebrate:

🎉 Our first time qualifiers that pushed boundaries and had such strong mental fortitude to clear this award (Quality Club Elites) in just 2-3 months! @joleneklt @beneoon

🎉To our senior @tehpingggggg: Thanks for inspiring the team and coming alongside to welcome the rookies to our Prudential incentive trips.

🎉To our boss, Mr Chan Keng Leong, who was like a real celebrity constantly being stopped by Pru FCs/ALs everywhere we went (even when we were shopping, eating and in different parts of Korea): Thanks for being so game and following us the whole day from morning to midnight! Your energy and jokes really made our trip so fun!

Let’s keep up the good work and bring more with us next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ by @tehpingggggg
