| TEKKI.SND A home for listening sessions and music releases, created to approach sound a little differently. TEKKI.SND exists in the space between genres — guided by rhythm, emotion, and intention — where records are meant to be felt, not rushed. The name Tekki, UK slang for something difficult or technical, reflects the philosophy at its core: making complexity feel effortless. Precision without stiffness. Technique that disappears into feeling. This is only the beginning. Through curated listening sessions, releases, and shared moments, TEKKI.SND is built to grow naturally — one sound, one experience at a time. Thank you @jordandantestudios for the design 💫💫 by @tekki.snd
WE HAVE KEPT OUR PROMISE BY PUTTING TOGETHER A GQOM FOR THE GIRLIES NIGHT & REMIX PACK! GQOM is a genre that is very male centred - not only because of its DJ’s and artists, but also for its gritty textures, deep baselines and high BPM’s! This night is looking to change the narrative of GQOM - by making it more centred around the girlies. By doing so, myself and @tekki.snd have put together a female led line-up. Additionally, I have sampled and remix anthems that the girls all love and enjoy into GQOM. In anticipation for the event, each week I will be dropping a teaser of a new remix on all social platforms The event will be held at the iconic @section8melbourne Run time: 6PM - 1AM 🚨 FREE ENTRY 🚨 The line-up is TBA Can’t wait to share this night with you all. Thank you again @jordandantestudios for the visual’s 🙂‍↕️ ASAMBE! #gkwam4dagirlies by @tekki.snd
PRETTY GURLZ LUV G-KWAM WAS NOTHING BUT SPECIAL. 💗 Thank you to everyone that was on the line-up, and everyone that came through to support the night. 🫂 Southern African music is something I’m truly passionate about, so it means a lot to have the opportunity to re-imagine and perform these songs through the lens of GQOM for people who love the genre as much as I do. These are some of the weapons I pulled out last night. 🙂‍↕️🤝🏾 LET ME KNOW WHICH ONES YOU WANT ME TO DROP. 👀 TRACK ID’s 1. EASY TO LOVE — Bucie BABANASHE GQOM REMIX (Unreleased) 2.
