💜🦋 EPISODE 214: YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS NOW ✨ Are You Living in the Facts or the Story? What if the way you’ve been looking at your life is only ONE way of looking at it? 👀 I just finished Landmark Forum this weekend, and let me tell you… I have A LOT to process! 😂 One of the exercises that really got me thinking involved holding up ONE finger and asking people what they saw. A finger? The number one? An index finger? Everybody had a different answer, but we were all looking at the exact same thing! It got me thinking about how often we do this in everyday life. We experience something, assign meaning to it, and sometimes turn that meaning into a story we carry around for YEARS. We tell ourselves: ❌ Nobody supports me. ❌ I’m not good enough. ❌ I’ll never get past this. ❌ My diagnosis defines what my life can look like. But what actually happened? And what story have we created around it? This week, we’re talking about CONTEXT, RACKETS, the difference between what happened and the story we tell ourselves, and how changing our perspective can open us up to new possibilities. And with my 41st birthday coming up on November 25th, I’m thinking a LOT about the next chapter of my life and what I want to create! 🎉 What if there’s more possible than you’ve allowed yourself to imagine? 🎙️ MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2 ⏰ 12 PM ET | 11 AM CT | 10 AM MT | 9 AM PT 📺 LIVE on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok! Come hang out with me! Bring your experiences, your questions, and an open mind. Let’s challenge some of the stories we’ve been telling ourselves and explore what’s possible when we look at life differently. 💜 Your next chapter starts now! #ChronicIllness #Mindset #AreYouReady #Podcast #HappilyHealed by @tenille_thecaptain
Welp… this wasn’t exactly how I pictured spending Halloween weekend. 😂🎃 Pics from last year were cool tho😎 Plans? Canceled. Halloween festivities? Not happening. Me? Still out here doing my thing in a forum. 🤷🏾‍♀️😂 Sometimes life has other plans, and you just get to roll with it. Even though I may not be getting my Halloween shenanigans in this weekend,I’m still making memories, meeting people, learning, growing, and enjoying the opportunities in front of me. A reminder that life doesn’t have to go exactly as planned to still be pretty Great. 💜 Happy Halloween, y’all! Be safe, have fun, eat some candy for me, and don’t let anybody steal your vegan Reese’s. 😂🍫🎃 What’s ur fave Halloween candy? 🍬 #HappyHalloween #LifeHappens #MakeTheMostOfIt #TrickOrTreat #Forum by @tenille_thecaptain

Sometimes I stop and think about how many times I wasn’t sure what my future would look like. There were seasons when simply getting through the day was the goal. Times when my health took me away from the life I wanted to be living. Now? I’m making plans, building things, helping other people pursue their dreams, meeting new people, and getting excited about another year of life. 🥹💜 My birthday is a month away, and maybe I’m starting to feel a little reflective or whateva. 😂 Today…I’m just really grateful to be here. Still growing. Still dreaming. Still laughing. Still figuring things out. Life doesn’t have to be perfect for it to be so beautiful. I’m grateful I get to keep discovering that. 🦋💜 Thank you for coming along for the ride😎🥳 #Reflection #ChronicIllness #MyLife #BirthdayBehavior #alive by @tenille_thecaptain
EPISODE 213: SHORTER DAYS AND THE SEASONAL STRUGGLE ✨ Finding Your Light When the Seasons Change 🦋 The days are getting shorter, the temperatures are dropping, and the seasons are changing. …have you ever stopped to think about how much those changes can affect YOU? 👀 For some people, fall and winter bring cozy sweaters, holiday excitement, and beautiful memories. For others, they can bring fatigue, chronic illness flares, changes in mood, loneliness, and the seasonal struggle that nobody seems to talk about enough. When the sun goes down earlier and the days get colder, it can be harder to keep our energy up, stay connected, and feel like ourselves. And when you’re already navigating chronic illness, those seasonal changes can add another layer to an already challenging journey. 💜 So how do we prepare for the darker months BEFORE we’re running on empty? How do we recognize when we need extra support, give ourselves permission to adjust, and find our light even when life feels a little heavier? That’s what we’re talking about on this week’s episode of Happily Healed w/Tenille! Because acknowledging the struggle doesn’t mean surrendering to it. We can be honest about what we’re facing while still finding ways to care for ourselves, connect with others, and make room for joy. ✨ 🎙️ MONDAY, OCTOBER 26 ⏰ 12 PM ET | 11 AM CT | 10 AM MT | 9 AM PT 📺 LIVE on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok! Come hang out with me! 💜 Let’s talk about the seasonal changes we experience, how they affect our minds and bodies, and how we can be intentional about finding our light when the days get shorter. 🦋 You may not be able to change the season, but you can change how you prepare for it. 💪🏽💜 #Seasonal #SeasonalAffectiveDisorder #ChronicIllness #ItsFallYall #Podcast Want to create live streams like this? A little peek at what I’ve been eating as a vegan lately. 🌱😂 One minute I’m making white chocolate raspberry baked oats and beautiful pancakes… The next minute I’m eating tofu, chickpea egg salad, PEAS, and rice cakes like somebody’s granny sent me home with whatever was left in the refrigerator. 😭💀 Furthermore, say something about my caramel rice cakes with peanut butter and banana. We can fight🥊😂😂😂 Listen, not every vegan meal is winning a beauty pageant. But if it tastes good and keeps me fed, 👏🏾MIND 👏🏾YOUR 👏🏾BUSINESS. 🤣 Which plate are you judging first? BE HONEST. 👀👇🏾 #VeganFood #VeganBreakfast #PlantBased #VeganHumor #Vegan by @tenille_thecaptain
