Thank you @deborahkobyltlive for having me and our foundation on your show.
💛
In my recent interview with Terri Allen, co-founder of Angels of Light Children’s Foundation, we talk a lot about stress in young people, and how her mindfulness programs and books are designed to teach children, teachers, parents, and professionals effective mindfulness techniques to help nurture the whole child.

In this clip, Terri talks about the the importance of helping children develop the skills to practice wellness, and ultimately make solid choices for themselves. Her two books, “My Magical Garden” and “My Magical Tree,” are interactive books designed to encourage young people to get creative and use their imagination to make smart choices. Her mindfulness programs are designed to help young people regulate emotions and manage stress, which she hopes are incorporated in schools.

Let’s face it, there’s an epidemic of anxiety, depression, and anger among young people. Learning mindfulness techniques is sure to help that, from the inside out.

Please find our full interview with Terri on all video and audio platforms of #DeborahKobyltLIVE, and invite your friends and any educators to join, too. I’m your host, #DeborahZaraKobylt, thanks for joining us! @angelsoflightfoundation
