A lot of players watch film to see what they did well.

The big hit.
The good play.
The highlight.

But that’s not what actually helps you improve.

What matters is what happens after the mistake.

Did you take a wrong step?
Did you misread it?
Did you react late?

That’s what coaches and scouts are looking at.

Not just what you did right…
but how you respond when something goes wrong.

Film isn’t for validation.

It’s for correction.

Leadership isn’t loud.

It’s not yelling.
It’s not pointing fingers.
It’s not trying to control everything.

It’s small moments most people don’t notice.

Helping a teammate between reps.
Pulling someone aside and showing them how to do it better.
Holding the standard without making it about yourself.

That’s what Brian is talking about here.

The best players on the field aren’t just focused on their own performance.
They’re making the people around them better too.

That’s what real leadership looks like.
