Why did she snatch my water bottle like that?!? 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ … You have all weekend to find out how the LA #Waves season turns out! Let’s see if we can make it to the 🤐🤫🤐 P-L-A-Y-O-F-F-S … don’t want to say the word and jinx the season! #RunningPoint @netflix by @thafreshprinceofbelair

The LITTLE HOMIES program at HYBRID HOUSE is all about building disciplined, confident young athletes who develop healthy fitness habits early. Every session challenges them in new ways, helping them grow mentally and physically. When they push through tough drills and realize, “I can do this,” their confidence skyrockets — and that’s powerful for their mental health.

The second phase of the program focuses on speed, coordination, strength, endurance, mobility, and proper form. This well-rounded training approach creates well-conditioned Little Homies who move better, feel better, and carry themselves with pride.

If you want your kids to grow stronger inside and out… this is where they need to be. 💪🔥 by @thafreshprinceofbelair

Netflix is keeping the momentum rolling! 🏀🔥 @blex_media
The hit basketball comedy Running Point has officially been renewed for Season 3, making it a straight-up three-peat for Isla Gordon and the LA Waves.

Season 1 I was player #11… then in Season 2 I upgraded to Boston’s star player #32 “Adrian Turner” 😂🏀🎬

Hopefully they bring my character back for Season 3 because I feel like Adrian Turner still got unfinished business. 👀🔥

Another season. More drama. More laughs. More basketball.
Big shoutout to Kate Hudson and the entire cast and crew for continuing to build something special.

Season 3… LET’S WORK. 👏🏽🔥 @netflix @gamechangingfilms @coachhpjr #RunningPointSeason3 by @thafreshprinceofbelair

🔥 FLOOR WORK + HANGING CORE WORK = A STRONGER CORE! 💪🏾
I enjoy mixing up my core training! Some days I’m on the floor putting in work, and other days I’m hanging from the bar challenging my abs in a completely different way!
Both have their benefits, and incorporating them into my routine helps me build a stronger, more stable, and well-rounded core.
🔥 Floor Core Work: Helps improve core stability, muscular endurance, and control while strengthening the muscles that support your spine.
🔥 Hanging Core Work: Challenges your abs, hip flexors, grip strength, and shoulder stability while teaching you to control your body through movement.
I’m a big believer in switching things up, challenging your body, and staying consistent! You don’t need to do the same exercises every day to get results. Find different ways to challenge yourself and KEEP PUTTING IN THE WORK!
STRONG CORE. STRONG BODY. NO EXCUSES!

The work continues. The mission stays the same. 📈

Every early morning, every late-night workout, every rep, and every sacrifice is preparing you for the next level.

Talent will get you noticed, but discipline, consistency, and work ethic will separate you from the rest.

Stay humble. Stay hungry. Trust the process. The goal isn’t just to be a great basketball player, but to become an even greater young man.

HANGING STRAIGHT LEG RAISES 🔥

Hanging straight leg raises for core training is a KILLER exercise! 💯

This exercise is great for:

• 🔥 Building serious core strength
• 💪🏾 Strengthening the lower abs
• 🧱 Developing total midline stability
• 🎯 Improving hip flexor strength & control
• 🏀 Helping with athletic movement, balance & body control
• 💥 Building grip and upper-body stability while hanging
• 🔥 Challenging your core through a full range of motion

The key is CONTROL! Don’t just swing your legs up and down. Keep the movement intentional, keep your core engaged and make those abs WORK!

If you want a stronger core, add these to your training! 💯

JUSTCORE every Friday 10AM at HYBRID HOUSE – Retro Row! 🔥 @hybridhousegym

A strong core is more than just abs… it’s the foundation for better movement, improved posture, balance, stability, and overall strength. Whether you’re lifting weights, running, playing sports, or just trying to move and feel better day-to-day, your core plays a major role in performance and injury prevention.

Building a stronger core can help improve your squats, deadlifts, presses, and overall lifting mechanics while also protecting your lower back and helping you move more efficiently. 💪🏾

Come get stronger from the inside out with JUSTCORE every Friday at 10AM! Let’s work. 👏🏾 by @thafreshprinceofbelair
