10th Pilates class @energiireformer.se 🥹🩰

A few months ago, if you told me I’d become someone who actually looks forward to working out, I genuinely would have laughed at you 😂

10 classes in and I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own body. My posture has improved, I feel stronger, and I’m much more aware of how I move.

I’m still struggling, still shaking, still questioning my life halfway through some exercises 😂 but somehow I keep coming back for more.

The best part isn’t even how my body is changing. It’s how much more connected I feel to it. I’m learning what my body can actually do, and apparently it can do a lot more than I gave it credit for.

10 classes down, and I think I’ve officially become that person who gets excited about Pilates. Send help. 😂💪🏼

Here’s to getting stronger, standing a little taller, and enjoying this little life a bit more with every class 💕
