You can love someone and still not be able to have them in your life.

Ken on the people we outgrow: “I love you. I just can’t like you.” Not because they’re bad people, but because your world and their world no longer align.

And when you really look back, most people weren’t out to harm you. Everyone’s dealing with their own insecurity in one way or another.

Who came to mind when you heard this? 👇

Note to Self..

Feel, feel, feel. You have forgotten how to feel. You need to start feeling again.

• the nostalgia
• the emptiness
• the meaninglessness of everything
• the meaninfulness of everything
• the calm phases
• the storms
• the excitement
• the happiness
• the phases of quiet contemplation
• the phase of creativity

Stop running away from the moment when it comes.

Don't run away. Don't distract yourself with a phone. Just sit with it quietly. And observe & absorb it. You'll be wiser when it's over.

And FINALLY. Walk away from anything or anyone who takes away from your joy. Life is too short to put up with people who waste your time.

Humble enough to know, I can be replaced.

Wise enough to know that there is nobody else like me.

You are richer than 93% of people.

Not in money, but in time. 108 billion people have lived throughout history. 93% of them are dead.

You have what every king and queen, every pharaoh and ruler, every CEO and celebrity of the past would give all their wealth for:

Today.

Trying to keep my life simple.. Some LIFE lessons:
•
1. To find contentment in less is the secret of having more.
•
2. Filter out bad traits in people you love.
•
3. Find the joy in small things.
•
4. Find your purpose and do something about it.
•
5. Your habits will become your values.
•
Shhhhh...🤫 this one is a secret - If you don't challenge yourself, you will never realize what you can become. 😉

Life is very short, so break your silly egos, forgive quickly, believe slowly, love truly, laugh loudly..
