I've been sitting on if I was going to post something for my Dad this week. We lost him to cancer on Tuesday and to be honest I don't even feel like it's set in yet. I'm grateful to have had the chance to spend a little extra time with him before he passed, and for the opportunity to tell him I love him before he left. Rest in Peace to the toughest guy I know. Until we meet again, I love you. by @joetrainer1

Long time, no post. The benefits of wifey being an esthetician. For my birthday she gave me a fire and ice facial. Had me luxuriating at the crib. 😁

A good friend who just lost someone close to him asked me if I could do his name so he could put it on a shirt. While I can't say I knew Joey well enough to call him a friend I knew him enough to say he was a good dude and it was always cool to chop it up with him when we bumped into each other.

The link below is where you can find the shirt as well as some other shirts in his memory. All proceeds go to his family. #JoeyD

I lost my friend about a week ago. I was a little numb to it at first. I avoided the conversation and talked around it. Another friend sent me this pic which wouldn't allow me to be numb to it anymore.

I hope your soul is at peace bro and I really wish I could see you that last time again so I could tell you I love you 🙏 by @joetrainer1
