A year ago, I opened the doors to a little dream called The Copper Rose. ✨ What started as a metaphysical shop has grown into something so much deeper — a space for connection, healing, validation, laughter, growth, and community. A place where people can explore spirituality without pressure or perfection. Just curiosity, intention, and heart. So for all the new faces here, hi — I’m Lydia. 🤍 I’m the owner of The Copper Rose on Nantucket, an intuitive medium, oracle reader, mother of three girls, gardener, creator, and someone who deeply believes that magic exists in everyday life. The Copper Rose was built to feel cozy, grounded, welcoming, and real. Whether you walk through our doors looking for a crystal, an aura photo, a reading, a candle, or simply a moment to breathe… you are welcome here exactly as you are. Going into our second season, I feel incredibly grateful. Grateful for every person who has trusted us with their stories, energy, celebrations, grief, healing, curiosity, and joy. This little shop has become a living, breathing community — and that’s because of all of you. This season, we’ll be expanding our workshops, events, readings, and offerings while continuing to create a space rooted in intention, light, and authenticity. Thank you for being here. Truly. Season two feels a little less scary and a lot more magical. 🌙✨ With love, Lydia #thecopperrose #nantucket #nantucketisland #nantucketlife #spiritualshop 📸 @rebeccalovephotography by @the.copper.rose

Let’s do something crazy today. ✨ Not reckless. Not irresponsible. Just… something for you. What’s that thing you’ve woken up thinking about more than once? “I want to take that class.” “I want to book that trip.” “I want to change my hair.” “I want to start the thing.” “I want to go somewhere by myself.” “I want to finally say yes to myself.” And then life happens. We get busy. We talk ourselves out of it. We tell ourselves maybe later. But how many times does the thought have to come back before we realize… maybe we actually want it? So today, fill your cup. Do something that makes you feel alive. Do something that feels a little unexpected. Do something simply because you want to. It doesn’t have to make sense to everyone else. It doesn’t have to be productive. It doesn’t have to be for anyone but you. Consider this your sign. 🤍 What’s the thing you’ve been saying you’re going to do? Go do it. ✨ #thecopperrose #nantucket #fillyourcup #energy #wellnessjourney by @the.copper.rose
Shadow work season is here. 🍂✨ As the days begin to shorten and the outside world starts to slow down, there’s something so natural about turning inward too. This is the season for reflection. For releasing. For meeting the parts of yourself you’ve avoided, outgrown, or are finally ready to understand. We just brought in a beautiful collection of books from Thought Catalog for exactly this kind of season — words for becoming, healing, remembering, letting go, and stepping into the version of yourself that’s been waiting underneath it all. Because sometimes the most important growth happens quietly. Go inward now. Clear what needs clearing. Listen to what’s asking to be heard. Let this season change you. So when spring comes, you’re not simply starting over — you’re being reborn. 🌙 New titles now at The Copper Rose. 🤎📚 #TheCopperRose #ShadowWork #ShadowWorkSeason #ThoughtCatalog #BriannaWiest by @the.copper.rose
