Our First Live Artist drop: LÉONNE (@the.flymango) She brings the VIBE, We bring MANGOES!! Léonne calls her genre island pop, and rightfully so. The Swedish/Grenadian artist grew up on the island, and the energy and vibe of her music is a clear indication of that. She blends afrocentric genres like afrobeat and amapiaono, with Caribbean sounds from dancehall and soca. With a rebrand on the horizon set for this summer, she is starting afresh with music releases, preparing to hit the ground running with this new sound she’s been crafting for the past 2 years. As it’s been told by patrons of her shows, she has an unforgettable stage presence and energy, and puts on an engaging show. She identifies as ‘The Fly Mango’, and as such, includes it in her visual branding, calling her fan space, ‘The Mangoverse‘ by @the.flymango
Make no mistake that Flye is the woo-woo, ethereal goddess of the trio. Moon in Cancer energy ♋ The emotional one, the overthinker, possibly also the over communicator. When the communication doesn't get her what she wants though, she will absolutely cast a spell, maybe write your name on a paper and put it in her left shoe. She's low-key obsessed with tarot readings. She likes working with the moon and the planets and astrology is her way of understanding herself and the world. Of course she has sage and palo santo. Maybe she dabbles in blood magic, maybe she doesn't 👀🤷🏽‍♀️ by @the.flymango
Introducing Redz 💅🏽 Please be quiet when you talk to her. She doesn't really see past herself...who are you again? 🙄 Heavy venus in Scorpio energy ♏ She likes glitz, she likes glam, she loves the spotlight. Most of all, she loves herself. Thank you @alex.fotooo 💕 by @the.flymango
Meet Cartoon 😜 : The bubbly, riot of a tomboy. Kicking down doors and possibly the loudest in the room. Sagittarian by nature ♐ What you see is what you get. Possibly a touch of the tism too, but the jury is still out on that... She brings a touch of raw realness to the music. But she always speaks from the heart. PS Mangoes were DEFINITELY harmed in the making of this presentation 🥭🥭🥭 @alex.fotooo did a great job capturing her ✨ by @the.flymango
Allow me to introduce: Redz, Cartoon & Flye, the 3 archetypes that make up Léonne. Respectively, Ms Bad n bougie, the Jokster and Little Ms Woo-woo. Don't bother talking to Redz, she's already decided she doesn't like your face, avert your eyes when you talk to her Cartoon is bouncin all about the room like she's on adderall, talkin to everybody and they momma Flye is busy consulting the stars, shuffling tarot cards and casting spells at her alter. And all 3 reside within my Mangoverse 🥭 I've said it before but I'll say it again: It's Mango Szn! Thank you @alex.fotooo. You did your thing! by @the.flymango
