When you invest in a leader, you invest in everyone their success will touch. When one entrepreneur succeeds, the impact doesn’t stop with them. It reaches the employees they hire. The families those jobs help support. The customers they serve. And the communities that grow stronger because someone had the opportunity to build something meaningful. That’s the ripple effect of investing in a leader. At Impact, we believe building a successful business is about more than individual achievement. It’s about creating opportunities that extend far beyond the person who started it. Because when we invest in one leader, we’re investing in every life their success will touch. Our Launch Gala is Saturday, November 14 at the Pendry San Diego. Talent is everywhere. Access isn’t. Somewhere right now, there’s an entrepreneur with an idea that could change lives. They have the vision. The determination. The courage to begin. What they don’t have is someone willing to open the door. And that’s where too many dreams end. Not because the idea wasn’t good enough. Not because the founder wasn’t capable. But because opportunity has never been equally accessible. We built Impact to change that. To put funding behind potential. To surround emerging entrepreneurs with mentors who believe in them. To make the introductions that would otherwise never happen. Because we believe investing in people should be about what they can build, not what we can take from them. One entrepreneur can build a business. One business can create opportunity. And that opportunity can transform an entire community. You bring the calling. We bring the roadmap. we-impact.com #entrepreneurship #community #sandiego #invest #leadership by @the.impact.foundation

Tomorrow, vision meets opportunity. Ten entrepreneurs. Ten unique visions. One $50,000 opportunity. Tomorrow marks a milestone for Impact as we host our inaugural Rising Leaders Scholarship Pitch Competition in San Diego. Behind every business is someone who believed in an idea, took a leap of faith, and had the courage to pursue something bigger. But even the greatest ideas need opportunity to grow. Access to capital, mentorship, and meaningful relationships can be the difference between a dream that remains an idea and a business that creates lasting impact. That’s why Impact exists. We believe faith is meant to inspire action. We believe potential deserves opportunity. And we believe that when we invest in entrepreneurs, we’re investing in the future of our communities. To our finalists, tomorrow is your moment. We’re honored to be part of your journey, and we can’t wait to see what you’ve built. The inaugural $50,000 Rising Leaders Scholarship recipient will be announced at our Impact Launch Gala on November 14th. #entepreneur #community #invest #business #purpose by @the.impact.foundation
The greatest impact is what we make possible for others. At Impact, we’re developing a generation of leaders who understand that. Leaders who create opportunities. Who invest in people. Who strengthen the communities around them. This Saturday, ten founders will pitch for our $50,000 Rising Leaders Scholarship. Behind that opportunity is a community of people who believe in opening doors for the next generation. Because when we invest in one person’s potential, the impact reaches far beyond the life we touch. That’s the future we’re building. And we’re just getting started. 🤝 we-impact.com #founder #entrepreneur #invest #communityimpact #purposedriven by @the.impact.foundation
