Strong leaders = Strong packs Quick shout out to @packlifegym Which was my PT rehab center for my ACL surgery for the last year (but this post isn't about meπŸ₯±) This is just a thanks for the amazing functional facility that has enabled my recovery. Not only that, but a thanks to the leaders there. Specifically, @packlifecoach_chris , @sean_t_spencer , @packlifecoach_bob and @packlifecoach_mick The support has been great, and the coaching and guidance has helped me so much. The thing that encouraged me the most, was the example they set through their work ethic. That was something else πŸ”₯ these guys show up on that gym floor day in/ day out, You guys live your passion, and that inspires everyone around you. Thank you πŸ™πŸΎπŸ”₯❀️ by @the.jundi
to this crown wearing asshole πŸ‘‘ I think anyone who knows me well, kinda knows you too even if they haven't met you, purely because you are literally involved in 80% of my *adventures* πŸ™„ and can I just say, all those adventure stories are πŸ”₯πŸ˜‚ Here's to more ghogho hours πŸ¦—, 1xmillion more ILYs πŸ€žπŸΎπŸ˜‚ more πŸ‘‘ comments πŸ”₯ Shazams And just wait until #HouseMatters πŸ‘€ Happy birthday my brother by @the.jundi
an appreciation and birthday post for my brother (he's my older brother, even though he looks younger than me πŸ™„) @naicker_jerry happy birthday bobs I've been lucky enough to know you my whole life πŸ˜‚ You've influenced my music taste, my appreciation for cars and motorsports, let me watch movies that were above my age restriction, taken me on road trips, taught me how to change a tyre (even if it was for your drag racing πŸ‘€) taken me to said drag races, got me drunk for the 1st time ☠️, covered up for me a 1000 times, you never judged me, always accepted me and always made space and time for me even tough I was so much younger than you πŸ™πŸΎ You've shaped the way I see life, and have been an example of love, faith, strength and courage. We've been through a lot together, and "together" is how we've made it through it all. Love you bobs ❀️ by @the.jundi
This guyπŸ‘†πŸΎ When I first started jits, @donmadgemma already had his brown belt. He took evening classes at @apex_gym and the man was something special. his game, his technique, his flow, his teaching. He is the hardest worker in every room. He's still someone I look up to, as an athlete and as a human. The more boundaries you break, the more you inspire all those around you. Future @pflmma champ loading. Congratulations on your black belt brother πŸ–€ by @the.jundi
